He had exactly what I needed and helped me out. I haven't had anything detailed here, but I did see his work and it was great. Great guy. “The manager Xzavier is a true gem! He needs a raise and every accolade that comes his way. He was so genuine, professional, and knowledgeable while getting me set up with my storage unit today. He even walked me directly to my new unit AND showed me where the restrooms/emergency exits were. I’ve never had to get a storage unit and it may not be a big deal to many, but his kindness and guidance really reassured me about leaving my belongings in this facility.
Malik also exudes professionalism and customer service. When I came back with my load he was cleaning out one of their trucks. I was struggling with my belongings and he immediately hopped into action giving me a hand bringing my stuff up to the unit. Between his prompt help and his welcoming smile I am elated with my choice to store my belongings here and I know everything will be okay!
