I love this workout! Coming from a weight lifting background, I was excited to get some cardio in to compliment it. I really like Lindsey and McKenzies rides! They are tough but they are super inspirational without being corny. They make it a blast!

20/10 … great ride - great music - friendly people. Their leaderboard function is really cool.

Haven't even got to my class and I am already feeling loved and welcomed. I booked a class and needed help rescheduling and Kenzi was able to change that for me instantly with a happy attitude. Excited to come to my first cycle class!

I recently joined CycleBar after being enticed for a free ride in April 2023. This was after I considered purchasing my own bike and possibly joining yet another gym. I really didn't want a bike and I really didn't want to join another gym so I could get on another boring elliptical machine. I was incredibly (!!!) surpised with the pleasant yet helpful staff and the fun ride! I immediately joined on an 8-ride per month plan but two weeks later upgraded to an unlimited plan (to ride about four times per week). It works great with my schedule and I work really hard for those 45 minutes. I don't get a workout like that on an elliptical machine (and probably not a bike).Lastly, the instructors are nice and motivational. You leave the session as a better person...but exhausted.Keep up the good work!!!

Maggie B is the absolute best instructor! Her energy is infectious and she is so supportive and aware of the needs of her riders. I highly recommend taking her classes!

Great workout! Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s a great workout and is becoming a wonderful addition to my weekly workouts! It’s definitely worth it.

I joined CycleBar about a year ago and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. If you’re like me and get nervous to try something new, this is a great place to start! Everyone here is really nice and encouraging. It’s a great full-body workout, 10/10 would recommend!

Other reviews citing their shady business practices are true. I would not recommend signing a membership, and judging from their dwindling class sizes, I wouldn't be surprised if they were not around much longer. They are all about signing you up, but once you want to leave, a different side of them comes out. They continued charging our credit card without our permission, stone-walled when confronted, and acted practically criminal with respect to our financial security. There are too many other options in this space to put up with this.

The community here is so great! Lots of connections to be made. So happy I’m here for now. Only concern is when I move and will need to end my membership. (Due to other comments and concerns)

Be careful, they make it nearly impossible to cancel your membership, I tried for like 3 mos and they accused me of lying about going into the studio to cancel it and not signing a cancellation form. The person at the front desk told me they canceled it my membership and then when I got billed they said I was confused or not being truthful. The instructors are good but the way the business is run makes me never want to attend a class again.

I joined because the instructors and front desk staff are typically very nice and motivational. My frustration is that you have 12 hours before a ride to reschedule or you get charged $20 and lose your ride. So if you only had 4 well now you're $20 broker and you have 3 rides left. EVEN if you call ahead due to illness, if the wrong person does it, they take your ride and your money and if they decide to give you your money back, it goes to your account with cyclebar and not back on your card where it was taken from (even if it was THEIR error). IT DOES NOT automatically come off from your account when they take the payment for your monthly bill. They are really good at taking your money but not putting it back. On top of that you have to go in person to cancel like eforms don't exist and you have to give 30 days notice to continue this struggle for another 30 days and risk getting even more charges on your acccount.. but alas I have grown from my relationship with cyclebar, this chapter is titled "never again".

First impressions are everything.Decided to inquire about a membership at CYCLEBAR but as soon as I walked in, I was “greeted” (if you can call it that) by gals with who were anything but friendly or welcoming.I could tell that a class had just finished because people were walking out. So I don’t know if there was confusion about me walking in right after the fact, but there is a better way to greet someone even if you are confused with who they are or why they are there. I drove there after work around 5 p.m. which I can’t imagine is too out of the norm for potential new members. There was no hello, no smile nothing,... Have you ever walked in to a setting and immediately felt like you interrupted and inconvenienced someone? That’s what it was like.I wanted a membership while our house is under construction, but now it looks like I might just stick a Peloton in the living room. I mean I could spend $170 for an unlimited membership at CYCLEBAR and as a bonus, be made to feel like I was back in high school. OR I could pay $100 ($60 for bike $40 for unlimited classes) to own a high quality bike in 2 years, have unlimited access to every workout imaginable, and never have to deal with self-important instructors.
