Would give ZERO stars if that was an option. Ive never experienced someone so rude and disrespectful to patients!!!!!!!!! Especially after she CHOSE a career in the line of aiding others!!!! I went in for a TB test for my new job, she didnt even give me a bandaid for the spot, which was BLEEDING! She then told me that they were closed the next two days; it was a Tuesday, so the closures were puzzling to me. I went back a week later and she failed to tell me you had to come back in within 24-48 hours for the results. Which explains why they were "closed", I then understood she simply was avoiding having patients. I ended up walking out on my 2nd appointment and taking my business somewhere else due to her negative and condescending attitude.

Asked at the pharmacy counter about a new allergy medication I wanted to try and they referred me to the pharmacist, who paused what he was doing to help me. The pharmacist thoroughly answered my questions and gave me some other helpful options and information, and now I feel like can get the relief I need from my miserable allergy symptoms! Thank you CVS Pharmacy Staff @ Roe Ave.!!!

I’ve had so many issues with this pharmacy. The one that finally made me change pharmacies was last winter. My son is medically fragile and has insurance through multiple sources. They couldn’t figure out how to run more than one even though we had done this for years prior to this moment. They came up with excuse after excuse of which none were true. Finally I told them that I was paying money I shouldn’t have to because they are bad at their job. Own up to your lack of knowledge and try to find a solution-don’t come up with pathetic excuses.

My girlfriend had surgery and had her antibiotic prescription sent to this location thinking they would be professional and compassionate. Unfortunately this was not the case. When she first showed up to pick up her prescription they informed her the script wasn't ready and asked her to return in half an hour, unfortunately they neglected to mention this would align with their lunch break. When we returned two minutes past 1:30 they shooed us away saying they were closed. Although I understood they had a short time to take their lunch, it would've been good to have that communicated sooner. It just seems that having already seen her once before they could've handled the situation with more poise and much better bed side manner. She's in pain and getting around is very difficult for her. These medications are important for her healing and the lack of compassionate communication just adds to the stress of the whole process.

Don’t even bother calling for help. They do not answer. Nor do they answer on the pharmacy side. I was on hold for 20 minutes to ask about my prescription and they never answered. I hung up. Wasted 20 min of my life.

I see why they have such poor reviews. They never told me the date by which I had to pick up my items as the other locations do and they canceled my order. I put the order in again the day after I put it in and they canceled it the next day. This really angers me because now I’ve lost all of my coupons. I won’t be shopping here again.

Went to get a Covid test done a couple days ago and tested positive. Was given Covid specific medicine from the doctor. Once I got home I realized that the medicine literally expired at the beginning of this month. They’re literally giving out expired medicine?! Then my partner who has all the exact same symptoms and who has been quarantining at home with me tested negative, however the writing was on the wall. The doctor said we could always take an at home test and if it was positive, we could call. After jumping through many hurdles through the phone, a different doctor called us back and in a super condescending tone said a doctor would never allow this and they wouldn’t be able to do what the other doctor told us we could among other disrespectful things. So not only are they rude or not keep their word, they make it difficult to get a hold of anyone, but they also hand out EXPIRED medications too. You should be ashamed.

So I visited your clinic for ear wax removal. On duty clinician did try removing ear wax using irrigation method (only option) but was unsuccessful. I told her I have used debrox for last few couple of days to loosen it up but I was still asked to use it more frequently (every 3-4 hrs) and come back next day. She tried again next day but was again unsuccessful and gave up. All this had my ear sore and left me with an ear infection (confirmed by ENT). I had to visit ENT finally in an emergency and get it removed. Now, I am being charged for both visits by CVS (pls note clinician did not inform I would be charged for both visits) for the work they couldn't accomplish. I hate putting up negative reviews but I somehow can't get out of it. What stops CVS to publish upfront that you don't have necessary tools to remove ear wax and that only option is irrigation? Moreover charging double for an unaccomplished task?I wish I could give 0 stars

CVS is doing their best to keep access to the Covid vaccine as difficult as possible. The forced use of an automated tool and the explanation that in-store personnel WILL NOT schedule appointments is another despicable attempt to leech as much profit as possible from a crisis situation. This is a vital service that the company is using to get more phone numbers and email addresses that they can use to harass and bury people in marketing communications. The website is erroring out on me currently. This after I had to get prescription insurance information from them on the phone but was directed back to the website. The automated phone option left me on hold for several minutes before getting me to an agent who I could not understand. This company should try providing decent services instead of putting people over a barrel.

COVID vaccine is advertised as walk-in and was not only not even acknowledged by the staff but when I did ask a team member I was told to make an appointment. When I pointed out that the sign said walk-ins were welcome she said "we're just too swamped." There were 4 of us in line. How is that swamped? No concierge. No direction. Nothing! Terrible customer service! At least post a sign somewhere so people know not to waste their time waiting. Incidentally, my husband called prior to stopping in and was told we could walk in. At least be honest!
