Adam A. was kind, diligent, and professional. He made sure to take the time to ensure that we could find a good fit that would accommodate my orthotics. The size I needed wasn't available in store, but as a large man with large feet, this is something I more or less have come to expect, and he was able to find a pair to ship to the store that ought to work.Update: The shoes I ordered arrived in a timely fashion and were a good fit for me and my orthotics.

I went in today hoping to buy a pair of casual shoes and a pair of dress shoes. The young woman who tried to help me never asked if there were shoes I was interested in. After fitting me, she simply went in the back and brought out shoes she wanted to show me. When I told her I did not like the shoes and pointed out the shoes I'd like to try on, she insisted that I try on the shoes she brought out, and when I indicated that wasn't in the cards because I did not like them, she told me that I was rude and that I'd have to work with "him" pointing to a man who worked there because she could not help me because I was not "nice." So I angrily left. I think the people who work here are knowledgeable and their shoes are very good (I have happily bought shoes here before) but this was one of the most miserable customer service experiences I have ever had. I'll never go back. If you shop here from now on, just know that you'll only be sold the shoes they want to sell you--not shoes that you like.

I stopped in to replace my almost 10-year-old pair of Birkenstocks (purchased here as well). Rodney assisted me in checking my shoe size since I couldn't remember what size my old ones were, and he gave me an overview of some of the new features the classic Birkenstocks have (new labeling, how tell if it is wide or narrow fit). It was a quick and friendly experience overall! Just wanted to give Rodney a shout out for his great service, and let others know that the team here is caring and knowledgeable. Don't hesitate to stop in if you need any type of comfort shoe.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Went above and beyond to assess my fit but taking due prints and measurements of my feet to understand how I walk and what corrections were needed. Shoe selection here is limited but of high quality. You'll leave here spending quite a bit but the quality is above and beyond other shoe stores,

I visited about a week ago due to some serious calf and achille’s tendon pain. Makelle did a thorough assessment of my issues, and along with Luis, helped diagnose some of the issues going on with my feet, gait, and legs. They selected a range of shoes for me to try on, and along with orthotic inserts, everything worked well. I’ve been wearing the shoes for the last week, and my legs have gotten significantly better. This was a great shoe store, and Makelle and team were outstanding. I have never been to a full-service shoe-store, but this was the best experience in a shoe store I’ve ever had - kudos to the team, and highly recommend!

I’m getting older, so I went to Comfort Plus to get my new school shoes. I teach, and every year I get a new pair of sneakers because I’m on my feet most of the day. I had heard from a neighbor that Comfort Plus had a great inventory of quality shoes. My salesman, Curt Curtis, assisted me in finding the right shoe for my feet. He spent over 30 minutes with me measuring, trying on, and explaining what shoe would work best for me. I was blown away, because I’ve never had a salesman explain exactly what my issues were and finding the exact shoe that catered to my needs. The shoe and insert were perfect. I haven’t felt this good on my feet in years. Thank you Comfort Plus and an extra thank you to my salesman Curt!

Adam was very nice and helpful. I bought some pretty pricey insoles which worked for awhile but now one month later they killing my feet. Not any better than the ones from Amazon. The slippers I bought do the job. They're much more comfortable than the insoles I bought. I wish I could wear them to work. Way too expensive insoles to only make my feet hurt and it's been a month so I'm over the refund time

I had my van parked in a spot in front of this store and the owner came out to tell me my van was blocking his sign which wasn’t the case at all. It is public parking and I was having lunch across the street. Usually there for 30-45 minutes max. Was very rude when he asked me. I did move it but as I mentioned, it’s public parking for anyone patron who is utilizing any of those businesses. Just from my interaction with him, I probably will never visit that store.

Adam was the gentleman that helped me I suffer with plantar fasciitis and he fitted my shoes with a 1/2 insole for each foot. So far 3 days later I am very pleased. I also purchased a pair of houseslippers he recommended and I am pleased with them too. I will go back. Next time for a pair of casual shoes that are correct for me. Adam has been very helpful

I was hesitant but relied in part on the great reviews. Welcomed to the store and reviewed my aches and pains. After an analysis of my foot pressure I ended up with a new orthodic insert saving a pair of shoes destined for the bin. A suggestion was made for casual shoes and after trying 2 or 3 pairs I ended up with a pair of Finn sandals that feel great. No rush, no pressure...just good suggestions by Glenn Curtis.

If you have wide feet, they will have shoes for you or they will order what will fit you and call you when it arrives. The only place I buy my shoes. Great people at Comfort Plus Shoes in Camelot Court Shopping Center, Leawood, Kansas.
