The sales associate , who happens to be the manager, Megan, was very friendly, and took the time too help me find exactly what I was looking for my event. The stylist at my favorite boutique, Frankie & Jules, recommended that I visit this “neighbor” boutique. This says a lot to me that a boutique speaks highly of another. And from my understanding the admiration goes both ways. Excellent, quality clothing, both trendy and classic styles, superior customer service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere are reasons why I plan on being a return customer to Addie Rose Boutique. We chatted while I shopped and he really took the time to help me have the best shopping experience I have ever had in a Vineyard Vines. He was so professional and kind and that is so hard to find these days when shopping. I appreciated the excellent customer service and the great smile that went with it. 5227 W 117th St, Leawood“First time in probably 10 years I went to The Buckle. I’m transitioning from a leggings gal to a jeans girl. I wanted comfy jeans and I remembered Buckle having comfy jeans. Not being an “in-store” shopper, I ordered several things online to pick up in the store. When I arrived to grab my order (which took under two hours for them to pull together) I was just going to run in and out. That was the plan. One of the reasons I choose to buy online and there’s multiple reasons, is that if I was to go in a store, I would stay forever looking and trying on. Being a mom of eight I don’t get much time by myself. When I have a I don’t get much time by myself. When I have an opportunity To shop by myself, it turns into an all day ordeal. What was supposed to be a 15 minute in and out ended up being an hour and a half. I kept on seeing things I liked and wanted to try on, and then the girls were more than happy to find me other articles of clothing to try on. When things didn’t fit, they came back with the right size and if the size wasn’t available they would give me a different brand, but same style. They were born to be s stylist/personal shopper, and I appreciate that because I have no style (remember everyday legging person here). I may appreciate it but my bank account does not?. At the end of my “Lost in The Buckle” Episode I ended up being late to an appointment which is primarily my fault because along the way, I lost my keys. The three employees in the store helped me for 10 minutes trying to find them. Apparently I had set them on a table when looking at shirts. Long long story short I ended up returning the two jeans I bought online along with one shirt and bought four jeans, six tops and a pair of shoes. Three of the tops and the shoes were on clearance and super cheap. Yes, I ended up spending more however, I’m extremely happy with what I got. All I can say (actually I say a lot bc I’m a rambler) is that the online ordering and picking up in store was easy and quick, the employees were amazing, and the clothes are just cool.”
“I love this store and the products for women. Upon entering the store I'm always greeted by friendly, welcoming workers. The store is organized and clothing is neatly displayed. The website is easy to shop and order from as well, as it's helpful to know I can return or exchange an item if needed. And if I do need to make a return or exchange, the workers and helpful and friendly about it.”
