This is not my bank but I started getting letters from them telling me that my ID may have been compromised. I called at first then wanted to talk in person with someone. I was greeted at the door in person and only waited a few minutes before seeing someone. We had a productive conversation and I felt confident in their fraud department in how it was handled. We talked about other ways to mitigate fraud and overall I was very satisfied. Thank you.

I went to this branch to get the Chase Sapphire card because they offer 70,000 intro reward points if you apply at location. DeNesha Rodriguez helped me and she was amazing! She is very knowledgeable, kind and was able to get the whole process done very quick! Location is new and super nice. I’d definitely recommend!
