Purchased thousands of dollars with of clothing here this past month and one pair of pants ripped at pocket on first wash, two weeks after buying. Manager refused return or swap for new article. I will not be buying my clothes here anymore. I would expect a “luxury brand” to stand behind their product. Minus one customer

Eric helped me with a terrific blue suit to update my wardrobe. He was very informative and professional. I’ve owned many Brooks Brothers suits throughout my career. I’ve always felt they were distinctive and gave me a very professional look. The quality and of every item in the store remains as high as ever. I can always trust the service and quality at Brooks Brothers.

Brooks Brothers has well made classic clothing for women & men. Eric and Mary take care of all my needs, returns, orders and size adjustments. The staff gives excellent service in a beautiful store. I purchase sweaters and slacks that I enjoy for years. Very happy with service and quality!

Had some issues with a shirt I bought recently; brought it back and Eric (Store Manager) helped me the best he could, despite the shirt being out of the return window; I left the store with a few more shirts and sweaters in tow and felt like I had gotten a fair deal. I really feel like my custom is appreciated at this store and will be coming back soon for more deals!

Went in on Black Friday to shop for a jacket and maybe some other deals. The sales associate I interacted with displayed what I felt was the perfect balance of engaging with me and leaving me alone. I can't stand it when I am comparing items and someone keeps coming up hounding me with questions. I can't remember his name, but the sales associate was informative and friendly, but he also let me take my time to look around the racks and try things on. It was a very stress-free visit like always, and I am planning to continue shopping at this location.
