Love their products and in store experience. Staff always wonderful but inventory consistently low and products advertised in their mailed out catalogs consistently not in the store. When I called Brighton customer service about those 2 issues I was told they are aware of the low inventory issue and had no intention of changing it because they mail the product to you at a later date free of charge. This does not work when wanting to buy something at the last minute like prior to travel or a last minute gift for a party. Why bother to go to the store then?Also they admit the products are not in their stores when they mail the brochures out. This is not how you run a business.
Look for this review in Trust Pilot in case they try to scrub it.

Outstanding customer service! I recently called asking if items a friend in another state had recommended were in stock. Sadly, they didn’t have them but called me back a few minutes later to let me know they were available on-line. Luckily, ordering was easy and the items arrived within a few days.

I will NEVER purchase Brighton again. I have bought this stuff for years but after my experience today at the Town Center store I am finished. It is no wonder they just closed the Plaza store. HORIBLE customer service will never grow a business.

Bad experience. I stop at this Brighton every year. My mom has a list of things she wants and I get something off her list every Xmas. I stopped in last night and asked for her wish list. The unfriendly attendant said I could get nothing until she came in and picked out the handbag she wanted. So I asked for a gift card and she said no gift cards. It shows they have them when I look online. I asked what I could do to leave money for the hand bag and the lady just said I could not do anything.She was so unprofessional so I just left. Every other time I have gone in it has been excellent service so I hope she was just having a bad day.

I went into the store to exchange a gift I received for Christmas. I was followed around as if they thought I was going to steal something. I was the only customer with 3 clerks there. Only 1 took the time to actually help and she kept asking what I was looking for, when I told her, she had no clue where to find it. I gave up and asked if there was another store in KC.

When I come to Kansas for work, I make a point to visit this store! The customer service is impeccable! They send catalogs, call and wish me happy birthday and always give me a hug whenever I come in the store! It's an enjoyable experience and they make recommendations, if you want them too! Joanie always lets me know about special promotions or events and again, what customer service!
