Yes I was a customer with Bank of the West. And they emerge together Bank of the West and BMO bank now is BMO Bank but now I cannot get on my mobile app. I tried to call BMO customer service you sit on that phone for about 2 hours before somebody answered then they will hang up on you. I am not having a good experience with BMO bank right now and I'm a new customer cuz I'm coming over from Bank of the West

Out all the banks I’ve had this is definitely the worst, no customer curtesy whatsoever. Honestly don’t care that you do business with them. Also I noticed they don’t respond to negative reviews, actively as a company they do not care to improve their customer service.

I have been banking here for the past 2 years. I have always worked directly with Kristal. Recently, my account had some issues, and Kristal worked diligently to make sure it was resolved. The other branch closest to our home was so unhelpful, I left the bank in tears. I was wanting to switch banks. I am willing to stay and drive across town, because of Kristal’s exceptional customer service.

Poor communication, deactivated my brand new checking account before I could make a deposit due to "low funds". I get paid monthly and told them it would be at least 45 days to straighten out direct deposit. I also asked them not to open a credit card as I did not want an inquiry on my credit history. They completely ignored my requests. Walked in to discuss these issues and after being passed around to three different individuals, and waiting 20 minutes for them to find my paperwork, I just left. Will not be doing business with them again.
