“I had a carbon framed Specialized Epic hardtail that developed a stress fracture. Specialized and Erik’s Bikes was able to warranty replace the frame and rebuild the bike quickly and I was enjoying single track again.”

“Killer shop, service and advice. Gentleman that I believe was the shop owner gave me a really solid deal on a pair of shoes and has permanently solidified their store as my go-to place for any bike stuff.”

“Awesome place for buying and servicing bikes! Staff always so friendly and helpful with great product knowledge. We’ve bought two bikes so far and about to buy our first e bike from them :)”

“Top notch service today from employee Mike as well as kudos for the store manager who was so down to earth and accommodating. We test drove several models, explained what we were looking for. Mike made sure we got the best deal and that we knew what we were choosing between, he even called another store for us to get measurements from floor to step over on a bike being considered, but not in stock to ensure I could make the most informed decision. Mike also went the extra mile to research if and how I could mount the pet carrier in front of my bike instead of behind as shown online, I was thrilled it will work in front as well! They swapped seats and grips on the two new bikes we purchased with no additional charge and at my request as I preferred the black seat and grips on mine and hubbies orange bike looks great with the brown. The manager also approved free delivery to our home following the purchase, which was great as we don’t yet have a hitch for the bike trailer we intend to purchase in the coming months. Could not have asked for anything more! There is a nice hill a block away to really see the different performance of the various motors and systems on different bikes. My prior Trek is still going strong and is 17 years old without any issues btw!”

“I'm glad I found this place! I had previously taken my vintage 10-speed (1979 Raleigh) to a fancy new shop, but they seemed more interested in moving the new merchandise than helping me get mine back on the road. Greg and Jae treated me like an old friend and took on my project enthusiastically. I'm mechanically sound and up-to-date. The best part? When I got the bill, I felt like it was 1979 again!”

“Loved the place, very friendly and informative, spent a lot of time covering various bikes. When I settled on one though, they misquoted the price. Later found out they quoted $200 too low. Disappointed but back to the drawing board. That being said, they are local and independent so too huge marks in their favor! Hey, anyone can make a mistake...”

“Best bike shop in the metro, hands down! I’ve taken bikes to their service center and received excellent service, but my most recent buying experience was incredible. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, but when an issue arose regarding an item in stock, the owner, Nick, stepped in and went above and beyond. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.”

“The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff is both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They addressed all my questions and offered recommendations tailored to my preferences. It's evident that their passion for biking drives them to provide genuine assistance, especially if you have a general idea of what you're seeking. Without a doubt, this is a top choice for all things bike-related”
