Jason was a great guy with a great attitude. He made it super easy. I love people who are friendly and happy while doing their job. Rare nowadays! Had my phone within a few hours of claim and Jason set it up super fast. Especially with the new e-sim.

I wanna be clear, Mario was incredible. Very personable and professional. We did have some difficulty when we had to call asurion because the SIM card wasn't working and we were placed on hold for a VERY long time (maybe 45 minutes) before we gave up and called back a second time. That second time the agent helped us in mere seconds. It was great, wish I remembered that guys name too. But yeah Mario was definitely a 10 out of 10, great service.

Same-day appointments should be honored. If same-day is scheduled and can’t be made, there needs to be a compensation or discount for wasting people’s time.

My technician was very educated in the service he was providing. He explained everything as we went. I even learned new features I didn't know existed. Very impressed with the service.
