Been a fan of Anthro for years, but had a bizarre experience at this location yesterday. The music was so loud, people were having to yell to talk to each other. I quickly left. I get wanting a fun environment for your associates, but this was like nightclub-level loud. Definitely did not create an enjoyable shopping experience. I dislike leaving a bad review based on experience alone, but I hope this helps with feedback.

My friend and I had a great time shopping at Anthropology. The staff was so helpful! They were getting us new sizes, looking to see if they could get things online and showed us some new clothes that they hadn't even put out yet.

The energy of the staff was less than ideal. My sister, mother, and I came in to look for a few dresses and not one time did an employee ask to help us out or even make eye contact. I think it was clear that we were not wearing the “Leawood” attire as they were nearly jogging around the store helping the rich white women. We must not have looked rich enough for any of them to look us in the eyes. Terrible service. Ugly energy.

I absolutely LOVE Anthropologie! I love the environment, music, and amazing buys! Never extremely busy as it's nicely spaced out, and the employees are super kind!
