Melinda's customer service is the worse. I had went over to inquire about a priority package that was processed incorrectly and the tracking had it at that office for 13 days. I relayed the message from a supervisor to Melinda that all she needed to do was to run a transaction inquire for the day of the 30th to find out about the package, She told me that was not her job. She refused to look for the information and instead of calling the supervisor back to let him know she just told me that I had to visit the other post office and get the info from him. No care about customer service at all. And there was no one else waiting for service after me or anything. She just refused to do the work.

Terrible employees there, mainly Richard a supervisor. I am a retired Postmaster of 33 years and had a valuable package mailed through this office Richard scanned in delivered and against USPS Policy. I seriously believe he stole this package as he admitted to scanning it, refuses to return my further calls, and closed a package claim case inappropriately and against USPS regs. I am very disturbed by the audacity and disregard to customer service by these supervisors at this office. Again, I seriously believe there is internal theft going on at this office and plan on escalating to the Postal Inspection Service and Washington DC to name a few. Richard will be held accountable and just poked the wrong person with his failure. I have contacts and will use them.

Two items I ordered in time for Christmas arrived at this post office, and were shipped to other cities. One arrived yesterday and is now in Memphis (?), and the other made it to this post office and is now on its way back to Kansas City. It takes a special kind of ineptitude to see a package in your hands that goes to someone half a mile away, then put it on a truck to another state. Third mistake in one day (!) was receiving a notice that something was delivered this morning. After checking everywhere, nothing. It came in the afternoon mail. Don't ping me with notices that something has been delivered when it hasn't.

Customer service has been terrible every time I’ve gone to this location. The lady working at the counter has always been impatient, but this last time she rolled her eyes when I needed a priority label printed and then didn’t give me a tracking number. There wasn’t anyone else in line, so the only thing she had to rush to do was get back to her YouTube videos. I’ll avoid this post office in the future.

The staff is very rude not helpful at all. Definitely sticking with the post office in Leavenworth as they are professional and friendly. I doubt my box will be shipped she didn’t even give me a tracking number. It’s truly sad that people don’t love what they and therefore do an inefficient job.

David is super friendly. I love coming to this post office over the big one off post. It's usually busy during lunch time, but if you go before or after lunch there is never a wait (except for around Christmas obviously). Highly recommend this post office!
