Customers and housekeepers always leave the room open and unattended and act weird. You'll walk down the hallway and all the doors will be unlocked.

Shower curtain had mold on it! Stove was dirty. Hair dryer looked like it was 1 use away from a fire! Front desk clerk at check in was not listening to us and it took us 15 minutes to get him to understand that we needed a total of 5 rooms! Room was nice otherwise… just not very clean! For spending $1000 we expected to find the rooms clean! We also were charged an additional $178 but the front desk clerk at check out couldn’t tell us why and it is still pending on my card!

A surprisingly good hotel for a smaller Midwestern town. Clean, comfortable room with a good layout (our room was a kitchenette). Staff were helpful and polite. The pool is micro sized, but was fun for splashing around. Breakfast was decent. Only real downside was the noticeable traffic noise that starts early.

Noisy heater issues (i.e. high-pitched rattling) that they couldn’t seem to fix, and they were full so they couldn’t give me another room. The Fairfield Inn next door, and IHG on Ft Leavenworth were both much better. Recommend going with one of those instead.

I stayed here for 3 weeks and I only had a hot shower about 5 days. Some mornings the water was warm and others it was ice cold. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was told that some rooms get more hot water than others. The gym is good, but lack attachments for the cable machine. The laundry room is good and reasonable in cost. Breakfast is okay. Internet is fast and the rooms are very nice. The only thing ruining my stay was the lack of hot water in the morning.

This is our first night here, we arrived late. The front desk person was really awesome, offered us great customer service, and was really helpful! I was so surprised to walk into our room to see how beautiful it is! I absolutely love the decor and the design of our room is functional and beautiful. Beautiful colors, lots of space, lots of storage place, full kitchen, with gorgeous counter tops! It has a stove, oven, large fridge, dishwasher, and a big microwave, and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cooking ware. We're in a one bedroom studio, the bedroom is completely separate from the living room. It has 2 huge tvs. A nice office area and a large beautiful restroom with the same beautiful counter tops. I'm actually in love with this room. Lol.. We travel a lot and we have stayed at a lot of hotels but I have to say, when it comes to the color scheme and the design of this room this is the best I've seen. To top it off, this room is just so cozy and comfortable! I'm glad we decided to stay here. The whole hotel is beautiful inside and outside! I can't wait to go explore it tomorrow. I'm excited to try the breakfast and can't wait to check out the pool and fitness room! I haven't had a chance to explore the area, so I'm not sure yet if what there is to do around here. I'll post more later after our stay. ADD ON: Beakfast is fresh and delicious! 2 big and clean laundry rooms 1st floor and 3rd floor. The fitness room is one of the bigger ones i have seen and clean. The location is okay. there are lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Not the greatest windows views, but that's okay! The indoor pool is nice, but it's cold, we were hoping for a heated pool since it's winter. I think it's awesome that we can borrow kitchen appliances and games! This hotel pays attention to the small details that really made our stay great! High five!

It's OK, It's in Leavenworth. The suite is a very modest suite. But It was clean, dry, and warm.

Wow! High 5! Superior service, room set up and amenities, cleanliness and comfort, breakfast items offered for included breakfast. Pool and exercise equipment is icing on the cake. Traveling from San Diego to visit our son, we are very happy and impressed with TownPlace SuitesRooms: Clean, comfortable and decorated tastefully.
