I came in as an early walk-in after a $5 metal valve cap from Amazon ended up permanently stuck to the valves of all four of my tires.
Dale was super professional the second we walked through the front door and was super kind and answered all our questions and concerns. He was immediately able to take my Spark even though we hadn't had an appointment.
We received a call back not even two hours later that the car was ready and everything was perfect! Dale is my hero!!

First off biggest liars and most unreliable company you could deal with. I’d pick anywhere else and I mean anywhere else before I brought a vehicle here. Multiple times you got these tires in stock yes we do I’ll drop my vehicle off first thing in the morning next day call hey is said vehicle done well no we weren’t really sure what it was doing here and the guy you dealt with didn’t leave a note and this isn’t even the first or second time this has happened.

Never coming back again took them 4 hours to change 2 tires and when they finally got “done” I pulled out and the lug nuts weren’t even tightened. And then when I complained about it, all he did was say I can get a free repair. Next time I come in and the whole time the whole office just smelled like marijuana and in the shop they’re just getting high not doing their jobs don’t bother.

I went to inquire about used or new tires if new wasn't over budget.The person helping me was doing a great job until a tall person came I'm an began cussing and treating the one helping me like a dog. I then tried to as the one helping me if he could still break the bead on a loose tire I had,he said no problem until the tall as* monkey became even more hostile and verbal. I left came back an hour later to inquire how much to break a bead lose. He chuckled and responded 20 dollars knowing I would not agree. Little did he know I bought enough money to purchase at least 2 new tires if not more. That was the most unprofessional business I have ever seen in the Tire business. I was a Tire Man and eventually became service manager years before. I will not have any business dealings with them in the future

You don’t actually need to schedule an appointment here because they don’t keep track anyways! They advertise that a four tire wheel alignment takes an hour long. I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours and had to cancel my second appointment it ran into the other one.

Terrible. Told me first come first serve. Guy at the front desk slid two of his buddies in ahead of me that rolled in waay after me. Had an attitude when I confronted him about it.

I droped my wheel and tire off around 1pm to get old tire taken off and new put on. One of the tecs asked me if i coukd leave it for about an hour. 4.5 hrs later and still no word about my wheel and tire. I called again and was told someone would call me back...it appears they will be keeping my wheel and tire overnight...never again will I go there.

I have contacted Tire Town about their ads for heavy truck tires and tractor tires more than once. They ask for my number and said they would call me back with information. Never get that call as promised. Get my tires elsewhere.

Easy place to find and get to. Van trailers use North entrance. Stop and see the people in front then the docks are through the gate and behind the building. There is enough to get in the dock but not a lot of extra room. I was unloaded pretty quick. About twenty minutes or so. The guys I talked to were nice. Not sure if they have facilities or not but they might since they are retail place. Over all it was a good place to deliver to.
