DO NOT COME HERE. If you ever have an issue with her results she will immediately become defensive and just ignore you. I asked for a resolution because what my sibling asked for was literally not what she got whatsoever. She sent her reference pictures and the hairstylist interpreted the pictures however she wanted to and went with it like that. She gave my sister highlights... after she asked for full blonde ... Owner is
unprofessional and overcharged a minor out of her money for something she never wanted.
Regardless of the darkness of her hair I understand that there are ways to go to that kind of blonde and more sessions are involved. But girl kept talking about highlights no one was bringing up highlights whatsoever.
Quick update: Not only did my family member receive unsatisfactory results but since l posted my review the owner has responded saying I am apparently "slandering" her all over the internet over an honest opinionated review and obvious results. As a business owner she has not done anything to help correct the issue but chose to be defensive instead of talk it out. It's extremely difficult to communicate with her. So I cut
communication I don't care for the money l don't care to get it corrected by her anymore to be honest it's a waste of time to argue back and forth with this lady. Just go elsewhere. My sister was still nice enough to leave a generous tip. So have a nice day.

Teri does a great job on my hair and always understands the look I'm envisioning! Most recently, she took some vague Pinterest photos I brought with me and did some beautiful balayage highlights to get my hair looking exactly how I wanted. She is friendly, professional, and the salon itself is so cute and conveniently located downtown. I'm so glad I found Teri's when I moved to the Leavenworth area!

I went to see Teri today for the first time ever, and I'm THRILLED with the results! She listened to what I wanted and followed through perfectly. My hair looks fantastic, smells great, and feels light and healthy. I've already made my follow up appointment. So glad I was referred here by a friend! Never had a massage and it was my first of many! Deep tissue massage is what I needed. Kris is amazing, very professional and friendly and I so enjoy talking with him! I highly recommend this place and Kris!

Had my first massage ever and Kris was very informative about ever step of the way. He was professional and friendly. He gives on extremely wonderful massage. Had some neck and back issues and sure did make them better. The 30 minute massage was good for a first time. Going back for a 60 minute massage in the next few weeks. Appointments booked. Highly recommend
