My first time there, the experience was wonderful. Yes, a little bit higher on price than normal butt, Well worth the price. They did a wonderful job. Courteous, kind, and talk to you the before they did oil change. They even tell you the best way to take care of your vehicle and what to tell them the next time that you go to your shop. We'll definitely go back! Great job, ladies and gentlemen there!

My husband brought our car to get an oil change on Thursday August 22, 2024. Our oil has to be evacked. My husband told the young man and it was also in the notes for our car. The young man proceeded to evac out oil. He rang my husband up and gave him a receipt. Then he came back and told my husband their evac machines cord had been cut and it couldn't preform the task at hand. The Assistant manager, Jacob contacted the manager Mason and it was said that my husband would have to come back the following morning so the manager could attempt the oil change or he would give him a refund. Keep in mind they sucked the majority of the oil out and only put two quarts back in. That's a huge mistake. So I called and spoke to Jacob, who informed me when I requested a refund because my husband was coming back, that he couldn't do refunds and it had to be done by Mason. He was snarky and rude and very unhelpful. My husband works 12 hour days and had to get up early to go in before work which he drives am hour to to get an oil change because of their mistake with a few quarts of oil. There was no apology given either. This location is ridiculous. I would NPT recommend.

Pulled up to store ,was told 15 wait.That turned into a 45 minute oil change. Tech didn’t latch hood correctly nor latched the air cleaner. Pricing? don’t know how you guys stay in business . Will never frequent again

Nice, helpful people. Had a small issue they fixed and gave us a coupon for a discount on our next oil change that expires in 15 days. Wouldn't be going back that soon.

Friendly and professional service... fast and convenient... competent employees... I would recommend take 5 over any other oil change service... I wish they offered mechanical repairs as well... two thumbs up, 5 stars, A-one...

This was my first time coming to take 5 oil change after looking at all their amazing reviews. I live in Tonganoxie and work in the Kansas City area but I won't take my vehicle anywhere else now! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. My car was low on oil and I didn't even realize that my coolant had run out so I had to have it flushed and then refilled and I believe it was the manager that gave me some extra coupons to save me money which was very thoughtful ❤️. Being a woman and going in by myself to any place that has to do with my car is always stressful and I'm always concerned I'm going to get taken advantage of, Not this place! So all you single ladies that need to get an oil change, Don't sleep on this Place! Thank you to everyone there yesterday! In a world where customer service is usually really crappy, it was refreshing to encounter such a good group of people! God Bless! Telling everyone I know to come to your location!

I went there to get my oil changed. It was the first time that I had been there. Honestly, I went there because I did not like Jiffy Lube due to the fact that they put the wrong type of oil in my truck. The guys at Take 5 were very helpful I knew exactly what type of oil do you use and even recommended other products that would be beneficial for me. I had a wonderful experience there and would highly recommend Them to anybody. Will definitely be going back again and again and again.

Came in for just an oil change. Said I wanted just an oil change. Didn’t matter. Took off my air filter cover, showed me my 7,000 mile old filter, knew there was nothing wrong with it, then took 10 minutes and two technicians to get it back together. One tech got the air pressure from the door plate, 10 minutes later a different tech asked me what the tire pressure was. A third tech asked me if I had added antifreeze to the car b/c there were two different kinds in the system and he recommended a flush and fill. I declined after explaining a new engine was installed 7,000 miles ago. He insisted they wouldn’t change antifreeze when installing a new engine. I said that didn’t make any sense and declined again. When they put the oil in it wasn’t like the picture of premium Mobil One oil. It was a plastic jug with “Who Knows What” oil in it along with a generic oil filter. Finally, after everything was done they sprayed the entire engine compartment with something that I assumed was cleaner, but no one wiped it off until I got home and did it myself. Oh, and my receipt said my windshield was cleaned. It wasn’t and I am not surprised with 5 different techs running around. One and done for me.

This was my second trip to this take 5 location and they were just as good as last time! The workers are friendly and give you so much information before you make your choices! I’m very pleased with the care given.

Go regularly with ALL of our vehicles. Great place. Very efficient very fast. I like the staff and have come to trust them. You stay in the car and i have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Thank you!
