Since Morris-Smith took over from Zeck, a simple oil change and tire rotation went from $74 to $100+(I was told it is $117 for my f150 ?). I won’t be returning. Service was fine, but I know for a fact they are getting blowback for the crazy price hike.

I would give them zero stars if I could! My wife and I bought a explorer from them and now having all kinds of problems saying ball joints are bad ok they replaced them front end is still popping and making noises and now they have no idea what it is and will not give my wife a loaner car to go get our kids to make sure they get home safe! Second of all the seat was ripped like the air bags have been pulled out they charged us for “fixing it” when that issue was on them. We have warranty and extended warranty but still do not want to comply and work with her. Will not go back to morris smith ford and buy another car from them if they can’t even hold true to their word and help out

Had to get a tire sensor replaced along with a fan motor so I contacted Zeck. I was told to make an appointment and waited a couple of weeks for the time to arrive. On the appointment date my wife took the car in and was told if she didn't wait for the car, it could take a couple of days to finish. When she told me this, I assumed they would work on the car, but if they didn't have the parts, it could take a couple of days to get the parts and repair the car.At 4PM I called Zeck service to see what progress had been made only to find out the car hadn't been touched. Apparently when my wife was told she needed to waste two or three hours waiting at the garage or it would take several days to get worked on meant the appointment was worth nothing ! I was told that by NOT staying and waiting my car "was moved back a hundred vehicles" in the service line.Pardon me, but that doesn't make sense. Why make me wait weeks for an appointment if my car is only going to be placed days down a service line ... unless I opt to wait and give up earning the wages needed to pay for the job.I have been going to the Leavenworth Ford garage for decades. Rusty Eck, Zeck, etc. The dealership Is going downhill. Stupid, and customer disregarding policies.When vehicle prices drop from $70,000 dollars down to a more reasonable $30,000 dollars, I'll consider buying a new Ford I doubt Zeck will get my business.

Had a very bad experience with the service department. Went in with an underboost and misfire codes. The Mechanic tried to say it needed an engine. I declined at the time they shoved the vehicle out of the shop. When I did some checking the IAT sensor was disconnected, the intake tract both at the turbo and the airbox where the filter is at the clamps were loose. Finally the evaporative emissions pipe was completely disconnected with the bolt for it was found on the cowling of the vehicle.Seemed like a targetted way to get the engine to fail to prove a point. Allowing unfiltered air into the intake shortens engine life badly. Having the evaporative emissions not bolted as it needs to be also is not helping the engine live or keep our planet healthy.

It took over two hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I had three other people I knew show up after me and have the same services completed 45 minutes before me. When I finally went to the counter, they had forgotten about my vehicle. Will not be coming back here for services and will not recommend this to other Ford owners for services.

I recently tried to buy a vehicle from Zeck Ford and would have if only they'd had the vehicle were were looking for in their inventory. I see this purely as a function of limited US/global availability, not a reflection of the awesome place Zeck Ford is. I had the pleasure of working with Jeff Bowlin and he could not have been a better salesman. The only way I would have thought more of him is he could have been magical and brought our dream car to the showroom from thin air!We have another Ford that we have been having serviced here for 3years and the Service Dept is top notch as well. So in short, these folks are awesome and I hope everyone has the same awesome experience we have had!

Great experienced staff out at Zeck Ford, I went out there with an idea in mind for what vehicle we wanted and Zeck did the rest! I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a great deal, and a quality vehicle. Thanks!

Never use this place, they cause more problems than they fix. Every time we have taken our car here we have came home with new problems that didn't exist before going there. Most recently, we got a quarter mile down the road after getting the oil changed there and our car broke down. Long story short we had to pay for them to fix something that they screwed up.

We bought our car here and had no issues but coming in to get our routine oil change and tire rotation had a wait time of 1 hour and 40 minutes. They don't take appointments and aren't open on the weekends. We'll probably buy another car here but we'll find somewhere else to get oil changes from now on. Not great, not using quick lane again.

They take good care of you and keep you updated on the status of your repairs. If your not satisfied they will make up for it!
