I can't express how much I love Pioneer Animal Hospital. Doesn't matter what day of the week or time I come in for care for all my fur babies, they are always, kind, concerned and really enjoy what they do. I will encourage anyone that is looking for a veterinarian and staff that truly care about your pets, bring them to see Dr. Wood and his amazing staff!

What an amazing experience I had today at Pioneer Animal Hospital. Finally, I have found our perfect pet care home. We had an emergency with our new 9 week old kitten and the staff at Pioneer Animal Hospital were so willing to work us in today. We have struggled over the past few years in Leavenworth to find the perfect care for our fur babies and we have finally found it. The staff is so welcoming, knowledgeable and kind and Dr. Wood was everything you would want in a veterinarian, kind, knowledgeable and truly cares about you and your pet. The facility is BEAUTIFUL, warm and inviting. I am so happy to have found them here in Leavenworth and will look forward to taking all our fur babies to them from now on. What a relief to find such a wonderful place. Thanks to all of you at Pioneer!

This vet clinic will take great care of your beloved pets. From the moment I walk in to the moment I’m leaving, top notch care and customer service. The staff are empathetic to any difficult news and react as though your pet is their own. They are all so amazing and kind, professional and caring. If Dr. Wood is running behind at all, he will spend all the time you need to get any questions or concerns answered, as well as getting to know your pet in general. He remembers my cat Archer as if he is his own pet without reading the chart. He explains complicated things very well and makes sure you understand everything before you leave the exam room. The staff at the front desk are amazing too. Now matter how busy they are, they take the time to explain things and I never feel rushed to pay and leave like I have at other vet clinics. Keep up the AMAZING work Pioneer staff!!!! Archer loves you!

We have been taking our Frenchie there for over a year. Winston loves to see Dr. Wood and the girls. They are so good to him and they treat him like he is their pet. Dr. Wood has always given us great advice on how to care for our little guy. I am so glad we found them and highly recommend them.

Extremely expensive! They heavily push prescription and meds that don’t work. Pet died and they didn’t even send card. Stay far away from this place.

10/10, I trust the amazing team at Pioneer Animal Hospital. Dr. Wood and the team took such great care of my pup. If you had seen him when I first brought him in, you would think it was a completely different dog. Thank you for loving my boy for me during his overnight stays. My experience with this clinic has been great! I was nervous when I moved to Leavenworth about finding a new vet because I have a diabetic dog. However, the team at Pioneer has been very thorough and Dr. Wood is extremely well-informed. They are caring and quick to return calls. My dog is feeling better than she has in years with the new treatment plan we got her on. I highly recommend!
