I dropped off my Explorer with air conditioning problems. I was told about a week. 6 days later, my Explorer hadn't even been looked at...
I get that Jeff has had some health problems, and probably needs to slow business down a bit.. but don't take a man's vehicle for 6 days without even looking at it

After coming back from vacation I had a dead battery. Went and had it tested at O’Reilly’s and auto-zone to be told my alternator is bad. Came to Marshall and they told me and showed me it was just a junk battery. These gentlemen saved me $700 by giving me accurate and correct information. Needless to say I will be back if I have any other vehicle needs! Great customer service, the owner is hands on, and every employee is a genuine friendly person.

They open at 7:30am and close at either 6pm or 6:30pm. Takes 10 minutes in and out once a month.

We brought our car in after a parts failure from a recent repair at another mechanic. At no fault of the mechanic. Jeff recognized the failure followed recent work and advised us to return to the mechanic for the repair. He could have easily charged us for the repair again, but he told us he wouldn't feel right charging for the work.This action by Jeff guaranteed we will return for future work. Jeff is a stand up guy. Thank you!

Waited 4 hours at another tire store to fix a leak on a tire that was not on the car. Finally, I went to Marshall's, and they fixed the leaking valve stem in 10 minutes. Very fast, friendly and great price.
