I honestly have nothing but good things to say about Mann's Collision. They have fixed two of our car windows in the past few months and have done an outstanding job. Straight forward and to the point. Can't beat their price either. Highly recommend coming here!

Someone ran into my brand new car while it was parked outside of my house. I had to make a claim against my own insurance because the person that damaged my car didn’t have insurance. My insurance wanted me to go to a certain shop and i told them i heard good things about a shop in the same area called Manns collision center. I was told they’re all about quality not quantity!
The owner Frances, & his employees sam and Josiah were amazing. The kept me updated every other day as far as the process of everything that was going on. They EVEN dropped my car off to me when it was finished because I didn’t have a ride.
To top that off,
They still needed to put a seal between my hood and front bumper and I asked how much he would charge me to buff out some faint scratches and two other noticeable ones on my back bumper and Frances told me not to even worry about it.
He told me when I come back in to get my seal they’ll take it back and fix it.
I was thrown back!! That is exceptional service.
That is going beyond and above for your customers.
He kept his word and my car looks amazing.
I’ve never worked with any auto mechanic that didn’t try to charge me a Fortune for something. some even charged me just to get an estimate done in the past. But these guys really went out of their way to satisfy me.
I would 10 out 10 recommend anyone to his shop.
Whatever you need done, they’ll get it done!!
I’m pleased to say I’m a new lifetime customer to their shop.

Went in for a quote in August for my sagging door had the guy look at It and he told me he would be able to repair it. A week goes by without hearing anything about getting me on the schedule so I call and ask when they could get me in and the guy says he would call me back next week to schedule me. About 3 weeks later I called again and asked if they had put me on the schedule yet and the guy says I could bring it in tomorrow. I dropped it off the next morning and then waited all day for them to call and let me know when they were done. So I called them about an hour before they closed and they told me they had some bad news that they weren't able to repair it and that I would have to come up their for them to explain what was wrong with it. I find out that the previous owner had made some poor repairs to the cab and that was the reason they couldn't fix it so I asked him if they could just go ahead and do whatever they needed to fix the whole issue and he seemed very hesitant like that wasn't something they were even capable of saying it would just be very expensive instead of giving me an actual quote to fix the entire issue. Now a week later the "repair" they did do has already undid itself and I have to go somewhere else for it to be repaired properly.Service: Body & Trim

I dropped off my SUV to get the tailgate fixed because it wont open. They fixed it within 24 hrs. They are very professional, welcoming and work fast.. would recommend this shop to anyone

Very professional and high quality work. Extremely pleased with the hail damage repair work they did on my truck. They also were great with the glass replacement on the driver's window a few months ago. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price and within the time frame promised.

Being that I live in town, but work an hour away, my time is limited. I called on a Wednesday and they were able to order a windshield which arrived the next day allowing me to drive away Friday with a new beautifully set windshield. Josiah, the young man who assisted me with the transaction kept the shop open a little later due to my limited time schedule of trying to make it there to pick up my car after work so I did not have to rush coming back into town to pick up my car. This was truly an ABOVE AND BEYOND moment and I greatly appreciate the extra time and patience he allotted me along with his mannerism and overall his service PERIOD was amazing. I highly recommend Mann's Collision first hand to give you the best experience. The price was the lowest I ever seen compared to Kansas City shops and Safelight.
