Our salesman, Rick Mears, was an excellent match for this buying experience. His extensive industry experience meant that he was well versed in the key points of the vehicle we were interested in, and he made the overall buying experience easy and transparent. Based upon online research the price was a good value, and they matched the Carvana purchase offer on my trade in. There was zero pressure and the business seemed to be well run. The only caveat was that although the dealership put new tires on the vehicle, they were Solarus low end tires ($100 each on Amazon). One online review opined that Solarus tires were only safe if one didn’t “push it”. I was surprised that a luxury dealer wouldn’t supply better tires.

Was going to purchase an Audi SQ5 from this dealership. After I signed the paperwork for the car and traded in my old car, I left with the Audi to then start working with my bank. After only 6 hours of having the car the brakes started to squeal horribly bad. So I called them before they closed to let them know what I was experiencing. They had me come back up the next morning at open to take a look. The associate told me to make an appointment for a few days later with their maintenance team and continue to drive the car. Because the car had been sitting on the lot for a long time they thought it was moisture build up. The brakes got progressively worse, so I brought the Audi to the appointment and handed it over while they gave me a rental.
They had the car for 3 weeks. After that they asked me to pay for the vehicle before re test driving it to make sure it was actually fixed. Which I disagreed and told them I would need to test drive it again before paying so I know they brake issue was actually fixed.
They refused to allow me to test drive the car again and I got my old car back.
They had done work on my old car. They for some reason removed the lever at the steering wheel that allows for it to move up and down and spray painted my rims with cheap paint that a few days later was chipping. When I brought this to their attention they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about.
Avoid this dealership at all cost. Here is a photo of my rims and the cheap paint.

This is an updated review.
I poster a negative review about not being informed that I had not been given the CARFAX report when I bought my car. I have since talked with Ted and he assured me that he had told me about the damage report.
I have bought all my cars from John or Ted since they opened in Leavenworth and had always been treated as a valuable customer and friend. And I do trust John and Ted. John is no longer there so I was referred to Jacob.
I had a bad buying experience with Jacob and a lot of problems with the car UConnect working and paperwork that had to be redone because the wrong information was entered. Took 3 trips to the Dodge dealer and Ted getting involved to get everything fixed. This was probably a one off experience, but the fact remains that that it was not a good buying experience.
I would deal with Ted if I needed anything again.
Of note, The service department and Erin are top notch. They are honest and the only people who ever work on my and my wife's car.

Luxury Imports is a good business, with great owners, and people that care.
I want to say thank you to the owners of Luxury Imports for helping our family and taking care of us. They are good people and operate an honest business.
Thank You Kimberly for keeping us informed and working everything out for us.
Thank you Kent for being professional and keeping us up to date with everything and getting us a loaner after our rental had to be returned.
Buying our new vehicle after an accident was hard itself. Kent the salesman at Luxury Imports got us into the vehicle we needed and quick. The sales teams were fast and very professional and great.
During the car buying process we had to wait a few weeks for parts to arrive, it took a little longer than expected and Kent and the sales team got us in a nice loaner until it was fixed.
The day we went to get the car someone had backed into it. It was repaired quickly and everything was fixed as fast as possible.
We took the car on a road trip to Arizona, the transmission failed on the way home. The owners and Kimberly took care of everything, and worked out all the details with the shop and got us home.
We cannot express the gratitude we have for everyone at Luxury Imports and we will do everything we can to do business with them from now on.
It is not everyday that you find a business that is as honest and kind as the people here. With our experience we work with them anytime we can.
