Jeff went above and beyond to help me rent a wheelchair for an event that was the same day. If I could give 10 stars I would. He was able to deliver it within four hours of when I called and he drove 45 minutes from Kansas over into Missouri at that. He made sure it was the exact size and type I needed. We were so happy to find this rental service on our recent June trip to Benedictine College in Atchison for the Eucharistic Pilgrimage. Jeff responded immediately to my email request and was helpful in explaining our options. As the price was nice, we decided to rent a wheelchair and a mobility scooter. Both were in excellent condition and delivered right on time to our hotel. Having both the scooter and the wheelchair not only made including my dad on our trip possible but enjoyable and easy. Thank you Jeff! So happy this service exists!

I highly recommend KC mobility scooter rentals! I rented the scooter for 3 weeks after ACL surgery to use at work and never had an issue! Great quality, clean, and convenient! The delivery and pickup made the process so easy! It has a strong battery life! It was easy to drive, maneuver through doors, control speed, and had a really great turning radius! The price was fair, reasonable, and affordable! The ease of working with the owner made the whole experience run smoothly! It was so fun to use and will definitely be using this company again for any future rental needs!

These guys were AMAZING. We were at worlds of fun and my back started giving me problems. They delivered a scooter right to me so could still go with my family through the parks. Would highly recommend them to anyone and very reasonably priced. Thank you

Excellent customer service and follow-up. We came from outside of Kansas to tour two museums. Both museums have wheelchairs but not scooters. My 93-year-old Dad doesn't need a wheelchair, but the scooter gave him Independence and the ability to tour at his own pace.

I called Jeff on a stormy Monday afternoon from my plane that was about to take off for Kansas. I needed to rent a scooter when I arrived at 7 pm in KC. Jeff was so nice and reassuring, he explained that he was booked but had one last scooter available. He said it wasn’t as nice as his usual rentals but had a new battery and should work. He even dropped it off at my hotel and explained how to use it! The scooter was great and in excellent condition! I used it to travel around the hotel and over to the WW1 memorial, it ran great! Great service, not over price and quality machines.

KC Mobility supplied my friend and I two scooters for comic con. They brought them to us and picked them up, and answered questions over the weekend. Great price, great service. Will definitely rent from them for the next con! Thank you!
