They helped me with a homeless old kitty I had been feeding for 3 yrs. He was about 10 yrs old & dying of cancer.

I wouldn't recommend anyone coming to this place no groomer wants to take in my dog because he has to wait til he has all his shots and I have to wait months and months his nail is literally stuck inside his paws and I can't get it out unless it's a groomer now my dog has to suffer because of this place the staff was nice but wasn't nice enough to bring him in and on the website it lied about nail trimmings.

Unfortunately I found a kitten in bad shape. Brought immediately to the the clinic. The staff and vet were so kind to the kitten and to me as I sobbed due to the staff of the animal.Thank you!

Everyone was very friendly from the front desk staff to the tech assistants and veterinarian. Our dog gets very nervous at the vet and they did all they could to help her be comfortable. I appreciate the options given to me for vaccinations, heartworm meds and also the dental cleaning that ai scheduled that day for a few weeks down the road. I have already recommended Dog and Cat clinic to relatives who will be moving here in a month! Thank you!

We found a dog in the middle of the street over the winter, and nurtured him back to health. Tank has become family, but because of the lack of attention before we found him he needed a lot of work. They worked with us to help us get through the process, make sure he was feeling well, to neuter and provide care for him. Because he is blind, they were able to help work with us on strategies to keep him safe and make sure he enjoys life with us. He's been a happy boy after getting the right kind of help, and that is thanks to the Dog & Cat clinic.

Dog & Cat Clinic has thorough vets and vet assistants and a very modern new location. The admins at the desk are not necessarily detail oriented or particularly helpful. Make sure you check your paperwork thoroughly before you leave, because it is difficult to have things corrected over the phone or email.

The ladies working the front desk are very rude over the phone. They have a nice new location.but it seems the same crappy attitude. I had to bring my cat in for a growth on his neck. When I got there, they told me the vet my cat was seeing refuses to see the human owners so she will call me. This should have been communicated when I made the appt or the day before when they called to confirm the appt, NOT when I show up for the appt. The other vets and techs were coming out and speaking to the pet owners and communicating what's going on, I should've been given that option when I scheduled. I feel they are overpriced but this is my first pet so I don't have a lot of previous experience with vets. Once we take care of our current issue, we will be looking to change to a different vet. ALSO, they should invest in a separate area for cats and dogs in the waiting area. I shouldn't have to deal with people's gross, over size dogs sniffing and smelling all over me and generally being disobedient because their owners don't control them.

If I could give ZERO stars for this business I would! My dog suffered an injury while at the local dog park. We took her to the Dog and Cat Clinic for help with her bleeding paw. We were told that there was no one available to even LOOK at her. We were just told to try another vet in town. As a fur baby mom, I just want someone to look at her and offer to help, but they couldn't be bothered. I do not recommend this business.
