On a scale of 1-10 my experience with H&R Block is 10+. 2023 is my second year using the same location and I am satisfied for the second year in a row. Looking forward to coming again in 2024. Thank you H&R Block

I'd suggest not going to Rhonda here. She was gonna do my taxes. Said I was only getting a 100$ each on state n fed n their fees were gonna take all of it n so I did TurboTax on my own n am getting 500$in total. So unless you wanna get jipped on your money I wouldn't go to her.

The tax preparer kept yelling across the floor, instead of getting up and asking for help. She continued to call my child by the wrong name, even though it was right in front of her. I’m not at all confident I received all the appropriate credits or that my bank account information was entered correctly.

Honestly wouldn’t even be giving this review unless it was for a good reason.So I missed an appt and set one for Sun at 7pm. BECAUSE I was told that was the earliest I can get in. As I’m walking into the door of H&R Block, this old lady gets out of her broken down looking car saying she forgot her keys. And the first thing she said to me was “who are you” with a snarky attitude. And then proceeded to talk to me that way saying “oh i don’t know who told you that but no” along with other snarky comments. Not sure of her name. She’s really old, had a broken down looking car, and she was the only person there. Please figure out who she is or I will be calling with complaints. Thank you for reading.

I'm done with H&R Block after this year. Atchison office has always been wonderful. The first time I use the Leavenworth location they couldn't get my return filed because of a glitch? Agents normally file it before you leave the office. I had no idea what was going on.For so many of us that rely on the refund advance, getting $500 after they charge $400 plus, it's a kick in the face. After the problem, and some workers not being able to answer my questions about refund advance which is part of what H&R Block is known for. I'm considering going somewhere else next year. Yes, the problem was resolved, but the advance was not enough for the drama and considering the cost. Pretty sad after so many years of being able to do business with them.
