Did not meet expectations for a scheduled appointment. Truck remained in their parking lot for 1 hour before being moved into a repair bay. No explanation for the delay and a complete lack of information why the vehicle was delayed in getting repaired. The repair work was for a trailer brake control module as directed by a Chevrolet recall notice.
No sense of urgency.
