My husband and I have been using this VA since 2012 and have never had any issues that were large. The wait times can be a little long, but nothing drastic or compared to a civilian hospital. Compared to other VAs around the country, I feel lucky to use this one and never have any problems. Highly recommend!

After 2 years of using this VA Hospital I have to say I am mostly satisfied. I don't use any doctors outside of the VA Hospital as my needs are met well here. I use the online messaging abilities to communicate with nurses and doctors frequently. They are very quick to respond with the correct information or action. Sometimes the referrals outside the hospital are slow, but I have learned how to speed it up when necessary. Most importantly to me they listen to what I have to say. The pain doctor and orthopedic surgeon both have done well by me. I get Chiropractic Care routinely and much prefer that to the drug only method of pain management. My primary care physician seemed to change every six months. I hope that they see more stability in that area. It is difficult to start from scratch with a new doctor every six months or annual visit.

I've been going here for almost three years and the only issue I've had are the waiting times, whether it be on site or over the phone, other than that I've had a rather good experience every time I'm there.
