“The ONLY REASON this provider is getting 5 starts is so this review gets to the top of the list. Galen Seymour and his office assistant are horrible about doing what they say they will do and then you have to call and argue with them to get what you need. EXAMPLE - At an office visit he told me that he would send out my scripts and send out the referrals to different doctors that is needed as I'm a very sick person physically. The scripts were not sent out and my wife had to call multiple times and argue with them for a week and a half to two weeks at a time each visit referrals were never sent out all I got was the runaround before he finally said I cannot do what needs to be done but I'll keep you as a patient. This has happened EVERY SINGLE TIME I have had an appointment with him. My wife has had to call and talk to the office manager about these issues MULTIPLE TIMES. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR if you need anything more than a flu shot. If I could give negative stars I would.”
