Absolute worst customer service on the planet. Didn't even have a car for our reservation because we were late for pickup ... no call, no nothing.

Ashley was extremely nice and personable. She helped me coordinate a ride from my home to the rental facility and was kind enough to put me in a vehicle that my partner and I were looking at purchasing (allowing for an extended test drive). We don't have to rent frequently, but I am happy to know there are friendly and helpful faces in town if I need.

Does not know what Customer Service means! I booked a reservation on-line for a one way rental 3 days prior. (Corporate's issue for allowing me to.... bad on them!) Waited until 20 mins prior to my "pick-up" time to call me and cancel the reservation because they had no vehicles at that location for one way rental. I drove 1400 miles thinking I had a way home! Made a different reservation with a different company, whose service Hertz just as bad! On a whim, stopped at a different Enterprise location where some KNEW their job. They found the vehicle I needed, re-worked my reservation and explained that I needed to pick it up at the airport and why. So SIMPLE!

Usaa reserved a car for me. I called and set a pick up time. I got there and the guy in front of me told them he was a3 star general. He got the car I was supposed to get. They then told me I didn’t have a reservation. I showed her the email and my reservation number. She then told me she didn’t have any cars. She called her “ manger” who told her to prioritize military for vehicles. She repeated this several times. She cancelled mine. I guess retired military doesn’t mean anything. They were very unprofessional. I’m without a car and they did not care. My daughter was going to drop me off there. Thanks goodness she stayed. I would not have been able to get back home. I don’t know who USAA uses Enterprise. I never will again.

Highly unprofessional Branch Manager Ashley. She cancelled my reservation because I had concerns about a tire being sleek without discussing other options with me first. Sad because my first experience with this branch was great and I had no problems at all. I will not be returning. 0/10

From one manager to another, the manager at the Leavenworth, KS location truly needs to be reminded of the heart of customer service. Communication is key!

Ashley was so helpful and kind. She helped me get into a rental at the end of the day and gave me her last vehicle and offered to swap it out for something more suitable. The office called me the day I was due to return the truck and offered to extend my rental if I needed, which I did. They made everything so easy and stress free when I was in the middle of dealing with a total loss after hitting a deer. I will definitely return next time I need a rental!

The lady there was extremely friendly and gave me an awesome vehicle while my was in the shop. So far so good but even if the vehicle wasn't great I would still come back for the customer service.

Received my rental 7/31/23 returned 8/4/23Originally, I was not happy regarding the wait time. Between being picked up from the local repair shop, too receiving my rental. The process took almost an hour and a half. Ashley was the only worker up front at the time. She was doing her best. Ashley noticed I was not happy with the wait. She made good with my frustration. The driver AL that picked me up from the shop was friendly and pleasant. When I returned the rental, quicker process. Within 10 minutes, I returned the rental, leaving to be dropped off. The employee who dropped me off was friendly and asked if I was happy with the company? He apologized and explained why it took so long that day.

UPDATE 7/26/2023 - Interesting that three days ago, someone responded to my review, asked for my contact information, I provided it, and still haven't heard from "Review". Maybe it is just lip service.I had the absolute worst experience i have ever had, at ANY service provider. At the end of June, our auto insurance company approved an insurance claim. My wife contacted this location and set the reservation up. She was instructed to call back at least , l prior to confirm the reservation. On July 5th, my wife called back, and was directed to the following phone prompts, press 3 to confirm a reservation. Then, press 1 if this is an insurance claim. My wife did press those prompts and spoke with someone and confirmed.When I walked up to the Enterprise building, I was abruptly told by Ashlee/Ashley that it would be a 30-45min wait. Having just dropped my car off, at the dealership, i really didn't have a choice but sit and wait. Customer after customer left in front of me, as they also had "confirmed" thier reservation over the weekend, and Ashlee/Ashley didn't personally confirm the reservation. Low and behold, when it was my turn, i was told that my reservation was not confirmed. After talking with my wife, and Enterprise call center, my wife and I decided to "confirm" the reservation then, and pick it up Wed (48hours later). I approached the counter, and Ashley asked, "How did that go?" (Referring to Enterprise call center). I told her, "Less than helpful, but id rather confirm the reservation and not talk about it, before i said something I shouldn't". She kept probing and said, "say what? You wanna say something about me?". I said no, but you've got two employees sitting around doing nothing, forget it, i don't want to talk about it." I turned my attention to my phone, in an attempt not to engage with her, and realized she was on her personal cellphone as well. The phone rang, wnd she helped that customer, and I realized she was not helping me any longer. When she hung up, i asked her if I was confirmed now. She promptly said, "No, i don't feel comfortable renting to you a vehicle because you were talking about my employees". Obviously, this interaction was not going well, so I left, and pick up my vehicle.It took me 3 days to talk to member of Management. When i talked to Austin, and explained all this, he told me that Ashley said, that I said, "You people", referring to her race (she's African American and I am not). I am so offended that she would accuse me of this, I will NEVER us Enterprise again. I haven't gotten Exxon gas, since the Exxon Valdez incident, and I'll never use Enterprise again. It is sad that Ashlee doesn't have the professionalism to admit she was made a mistake, and had to turn this into a racial incident.

Place was closed at 12:30PM on a Saturday despite the Enterprise website saying it's open all day. They even let me book a reservation for a time that the location is closed. The door says they close at 11AM on Saturdays.
