vehicle price $3900, admin frr$149, tag & title fee $12, extended warrenty 24 months 24000 miles $495 on 10/2/20 i purchased a 2012 chevy cruz from richard coffie at cnr auto sales. prior to purchasing the car the "sales" man promised to detail the interior. not only was it not detailed, there was more trash inside the car. inside the trunk was an old rug that smelled like poo and a tractor tire. by december the $1300 air compressor neeed to be replaced. i called the number on the extended warranty brochure i was given. they have no info regarding an extended warranty. after numerous calls to richard coffie and numerous excuses from him, thirtheen months later he refuses to give me my extended warranty. richard coffie and cnr auto do not deserve one star. to bad negative stars isn't an option.

Bought a car a pt cruiser I love it. The car was very reasonably and run like a champ. I couldn't ask for a better deal. I will always go tO CNR for my auto needs. The owner is a great guy and always try to satisfy the customers

Worst car dealership ever still waiting on my title 7 months now sold me a SUV with a hole in the gas tank refused to fix it physically assaulted me today anybody he has swindled a class action lawsuit against the dealership is in the works Kansas DA and BBB also notified we will also be protesting the Dealership to protect others from their rip offs . He said he mailed my title yesterday we'll see they said it before I'll update you Wednesday December 9 12 18 PM. Assault took place December 9 11 40 AM .

Not a good dealership at all. Cars are fixed just to get them running. Unprofessional business in all aspects. Ive had issues with getting my title and no one has contacted ever to say whether it has come in or not. Every time I speak when making payments their rude and theyblie about the work they do on the cars.

Bought a vehicle from CNR in March. Now 3 and a half months and 1500 miles later, the engine needs replaced.They said "Sir we sell used vehciles if we could tell you when every used vehicle would break down orHave a issue we would be millionaires . extended warranties are always offered through dealerships as ours"Except no extended warranty was offered. Was told to ignore the engine light it was just a sensor malfunctioning.When i contacted the dealer a few days after purchase saying the engine was making noise, they tell me its just a typical ford stuck lifter noise.

Buyer beware. I would not recommend getting a car from here. I bought 2 cars from them about 2 and a half months ago. After 5 weeks the engine went out per the auto body shop I toook it to in one of the cars. After several weeks of attempting to reach someone I went by there and the owner promised to make it right and work with me on getting the car fixed or getting into something else, and have their mechanic look over the car. I was informed by the auto sop I took the car to that the car had never had an oil change in its life and that the was no way the car could have been inspected before I bought it like I was told by Tim that it was, I now know this was a lie. When the owner did contact me back he promised to make it right and asked me to come to the dealership that Monday to look at another car, the owner promised me he would work with me to get me in another car since I was missing work because of not having a car. When Monday came around I showed up at the dealership and the owner was not there but Tim was, Tim had me drive the car and then informed me they would need 3,500 that day for me to get into the other car. I discussed with the owner and Tim about fixing the car that I had and both promised they would pick it up from the auto body shop it was at and take it to their mechanic, to date I still do not know what is wrong with my car and now I do not know exactly where my car is. I have tried numerous times to contact the owner and Tim at no sucess and I have been by the dealership just to find no one there. On top of the car having a problem extra money was taken out of my bank account that was not autorized, Tim promised that this would be fixed and the money would be returned to me, as to date I have not gotten the money back. I have gotten excuse after excuse that the money would be returned to me but that is all I have gotten so far is excuses. I have even spoke with the owner and he stated he would speak with Tim and get this cleared up but neither have contacted me nor returned my calls.
