DONT use the atm it spit the money out and closed immediately now im out $400+ for 90 days till my bank can even start the dispute. Also the cashiers who worked at 7:30AM are beyond rude!!!! This Casey has gone down hill and seems like they will hire anyone who walks in. Be ready to wait in line and when it it’s your turn to check out be ready for RUDE cashiers with terrible attitudes. Wish I could put 0 stars 10/10 DONT come here!!!!!

Similar to the location on 4th street, used to be good. Store is filthy, especially the soda fountains. Casey's used to be the golden standard of midwest cstores. Not any more.
Also one of the employees was smoking not 5 feet away from the propane cage. Fairly certain they all say no smoking. And yes, it had gas bottles in it. Please address this.

1/10/24I visit this location every few months not often. This location is close to my home. I rather drive a little further to 7-11. The older guy there is not pleasant. He's the same everytime I visit this location. The younger works are nice and actually speaks to you kindly. The reviews about rudeness are 100% true. I only buy gas and maybe a drink at this location.

Super-Sour attitude and the staff are very short rude and undervalue the customer.
Vegetarian options: Available but limited variety
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly atmosphere and space to shop quickly with all 3 of my kid's inside the store with me

Casey's at 20th and Spruce in Leavenworth used to be our go-to convenience store. Not any more. The coolers are only stocked once a week and they never push their existing stock forward. So, you might have to stand on your tip-toes and reach to get what you want, IF they even have it. Expect to wait in line for a while whenever you go here. There's usually only one cashier. The kitchen is good, but not good enough to outweigh the rest of the place. It's gone downhill significantly over the past year or two.

Pumps are continuously out of receipt paper, which I need. Asked the cashier why the pumps are always out of receipt paper and she said "they don't care." I didn't get the impression she meant she didn't care, rather management didn't care.That and with the new machine charging for air "they" obviously don't care about my business, so I'm going to take it elsewhere. QT seems to care...
