Highly recommended. I was recently in town for business and got a puncture in my tire. I brought it to this location to have it fixed. After they were recommended by another tire shop. Not only were the staff friendly, but they went above and beyond. They ended up offering us a ride to a local Pub to get a bite to eat while we waited for the tire to be repaired. Then they also picked us up. But the most amazing thing about this situation was they were unable to fix my tire and refused to take any payment for their time. You cannot beat honesty with customer service leading the way.

Had an outstanding experience here. I was visiting my son and the day before heading back to NC (Friday at 3:00 P.M.), my car had a pretty big breakdown. Butler's team actually took on the job and had it done prior to 5:00P.M. and I was on my way the next day.

I own a 2008 car that has almost 200,000 miles on it. This fall, we're going on a trip out west, which will be over 3,000 miles.
I requested some upgrades that might be necessary for the trip. The mechanics found some parts that needed to be changed or were wearing out.
Although the cost was a bit high, they explained the pricing and why the work took longer than expected. They were courteous and kept me informed regularly about the delay.
I will use Butler's services again in the future without hesitation.

Excellent service and staff. Their customer service is second to none. Every single person there was friendly, professional, and very helpful to me. The mechanic that dealt with my car “Dan the man” as I now and will forever call him, went above and beyond when it came to figuring out what was wrong with my car. He explained every single issue in detail, and was very thorough in explaining what had to be done to fix it and how much it would cost. In my opinion Butler’s is the best that Leavenworth has to offer in automotive repair, service, and customer service. I myself will absolutely, without a doubt, return in the future. Many thanks to all of the Butler’s auto repair crew!!!
