“Update: I received several phone calls to make sure I was taken care of. I do love banking with AFB, but it is difficult when customer service is outsourced. Please go back to in-house support. Used to the customer service rep was able to do 100% of everything right there. No transferring or calling other departments.17 years with AFB, and your credit card department is going to make me rethink my loyalty. Three different calls to your customer service, three different phone numbers to call to have my credit card canceled before I could get someone on the phone. When I finally did get someone, it was in a call center that was hard to understand. After canceling my card, I wanted to update my address for the new credit card. Guess what.. the credit card department CAN'T update the address on the credit card. So, it was now a 4th phone call to your customer service department to update the address and ship the new card. Why have the credit card department when they can't do anything to help??? Where has the customer service gone. There are no branches near me, and it is becoming an inconvenience when I need help. 17 years and probably not much longer..”
