On Saturday July 21 2024 around 11am Abby at Leavenworth Auto zone assisted me in finding the right bulb for my headlight on my vehicle.. She also replaced it for me and it was not easy to get to it but she did in the rain. Great customer service. Thank you

My license plate was literally hanging almost falling off because frame was old and rusty. Tried to replace it but the screws were too rusty and can't be removed. Jason helped me find a way to attach it back on. Thank you Jason for your help. Great customer service.

My headlights had broken down even though I had just replaced them last year with parts bought from autozone. The team here wasn’t sure if they could apply the one year warranty but the manager kindly helped apply it and one of the staff members helped place new headlights so I could safely drive home in the dark. Pleased with their willingness to help those in need

Wow I have never been treated so badly in my life. Went in on 3/8/24 and I assume she is the manager. Her name is Abby. I walked in and she made it appear as if I was a burden for having walked in the store. She had been leaning on the counter and as I walked in all I received was omg then a can I help you. As I asked for the part I was looking for I have never been to a parts store much less even know the information that I would need to get the right part. Well as she began asking me questions I honestly said I’m not sure and she told me week as soon as you figure out what engine size you have and can get me the correct make model and year that would have been the first thing she did before ever coming to an auto parts store. Well as shocked as I was that she spoke to me that way I said sorry to have bothered you and she said whatever and immediately turned to talk with her colleagues as I turned to walk away all I could hear was Abby say what a joke coming into and auto parts store and not know the car or what exactly she needed. I have never been so humiliated in my life. Instead of offering to tell me exactly what I needed to bring in so she could help me find what I’m looking for she was more interested in humiliating me. How dare a corporation like Autozone allow its employees to talk horribly to their customers. I would recommend that if you don’t know much about cars or are a minority or a female to not ever go to an Autozone for help you won’t get it . What a horrible experience and I will never shop there again and I told my boyfriend who works for a ford dealer there and my uncle who works for dodge and my dad who owns a shop in the area about my experience so I hope people don’t frequent this establishment. I would hope the company would demote or suspend this employee however I doubt they will even concern themselves with this situation. What an absolute shame and shame on Autozone for hiring people that are like this. I will never shop at Autozone again and I hope people will also not shop at this store don’t support rudeness and humiliation.

My wife had to have her vehicle jump started so she went by the Leavenworth AutoZone and spoke with an employee named Connley, at which time he went out and checked her vehicle and discovered that the battery was not only bad but the side of it have swelled up he explained everything in detail to her and my wife came home after purchasing the new battery from him and explain to me the great customer service that he provided for her not only did he replace the battery but he cleaned the cables and inspected everything to ensure everything was safe for her to drive.Connley went way above what what is considered normal customer service;my wife and l want to compliment this gentleman for his excellent customer service! Excellent employees are hard to find but we can say AutoZone has one.
