Friendly folks who tried to make a misunderstanding better. Still difficult to walk out knowing exactly what you’ll be paying and when (but happens when multiple folks talk different options). Contacting AT&T direct got me the resolution I had hoped for. Happy customer now.

Wonderful Patient and Amazing was our experience. We were helped by Corey whom stayed way past his quitting time to help us. He answered all of our mundane questions and we had a bunch!!
