After filling my car up with gas last night, my 11 year old son and I came in to buy a drink. After browsing the cooler section for a few minutes, a male employee came up to me and told me I wasn’t allowed to have my bag in the store and that I could leave it at the front of the store. He startled me when he first came up. The bag on my shoulder was my purse. I said I would not leave it at the front. He said that’s fine, but you can’t have it in here, we’ve had a lot of thefts. As I went I take it to the car, 3 women with purses came in. He did not say anything to them until I pointed it out. Then he made them do the same. There was no signage on the store about this policy. Also I noticed 2 other women with backpacks that were not made to take out of the store. I did not like leaving my purse in the car either. Ultimately I decided I do not need to spend any more money at this store.

Maybe don’t employ people who trespass and harass and then ban the person they trespassed on and harassed. Hopefully HR will sort this out if they haven’t already. Not to mention the fact that they are always so rude when I go in there. Maybe twice have I gone in and actually had someone even remotely personable. Get help.
Edit: Yeah. Screw you for not doing anything. She was an abuser and broke the law on one of your customers property, yet he is still banned. Worthless.

I love the new location. The old building was gross and rundown, but this new one is always clean and the bathrooms aren't gross. Everything my kids or I have tried off the rollers has been fresh, and the employees are fairly friendly.

Gas prices were fair.
Couldn’t get the 7-11 card to work - they told me rewards were down- seems like that included the .11 gas discount.
The store was clean and well stocked.
I gas the young lady 100.00 and she said she didn’t have change - then the lady next to her said they couldn’t do it because they were in shift change.
I’m not sure telling a paying customer you can’t make change is smart business nor is do it a shift change while pumps are not working nor the rewards system.
I counted 8 people waiting at the counter at one point. It looked disorganized.
I left feeling unappreciated

Managers need to be aware at store 41629 Leavenworth KS. of an AMAZING employee !!Her name is "KHADIJHA" and she is Truly an ASSET to your store.I frequent this location daily before work for coffee + in the afternoon.Khadijha is Always busy like No Other. Stocking, refreshing coffee, hot and cold cases, cleaning something etc... I've seen the store very busy with long lines. She is able to multi task several points of sale quick, efficient, with a smile on her face and a kind word.I've been coming to this store for several years and have Never seen such a Dynamic person working here. Or, Anywhere else for that matter.You have yourself a Diamond !Treat her with Appreciation ! She DESERVES It !! :)

Managers need to be aware at store 41629 of an AMAZING employee !! Her name is "KHADIJHA" and she is Truly an Asset to your store. I frequent this location daily for coffee + in the afternoon before work. Khadijha is ALWAYS busy ! Stocking, Doing Coffee and hot stations etc.. When the store has been very busy with long lines... She is able to multi task several points of sale at once thoroughly, quickly... All with a smile on her face and a kind word. I've gone to this location for several years and have NEVER seen anyone like her ! Not even in any other convenience store EVER. You've got yourself a Diamond ! Treat her with Appreciation ! She Deserves It ! :)

7 eleven is so slow in their services. They never have things stocked. They are dirty. I do surprised that they haven't got shutdown from the health department. Go their at your own risk.
