Update: ...4th day in a row. Made it almost a whole hour with signal today.Update: Today is the 3rd day in a row of losing signal. It managed to stay on for less than 7 hours today. Seriously.I'd go with another company if I could, but this is the company I'm stuck with while I live at my Eddingham apartment. Internet goes down at LEAST once a week. It's almost guaranteed to lose signal during the weekend. Loss of signal during the weekend is never resolved until Monday morning. Admittedly, this wasn't an every week problem until the last3 months or so. Used to be a every 2 or 3 weeks issue. I've lived here for 2 years. You can leave messages online or a voice-mail and wait. That's about all you can do.

I highly recommend not using this service. If you have any other options for Internet service provider, go with someone else. I pay for them because it is included in my lease where I live however, the Internet cuts out several times a day multiple times a week, and this can be problematic if you rely on the Internet for things like work, and or school. Sometimes there is an excuse but it’s to the point that my property management has asked us to take our complaints straight to the company.

We've had Wicked Broadband for over 15 years and they have always been reliable and provided GREAT service. Kudos to their technician ROB, for helping us out earlier today.

Our entire apartment complex is going on day 5 with no internet. The internet goes out all the time but this is the longest it has stayed out. They came out days ago but worked on the wrong building. They came again yesterday and said it was fixed but nothing changed. Today, no one is answering. The people at the complex have called, left voice-mails, texts, and messages through the website. I have ran through my mobile data and have had to purchase more.

I've been using this company for internet for the past 10 years now and sure it has its moments but all n all I have 3 ps4s 2 tvs and a 4 cameras it may be lil slower than some other companies but I'm pleased with them and they do have good customer service

I've been using this service as our sole ISP since July of 2010 and for many many years it was flawless. Fast and could count on one hand the very short outages. Then the new hospital was built and due to the "rf noise" coming off of it, they struggled for a bit but were diligent in combating the issues and finally got it stabilized again - even upgrading equipment on my side without charge. You can't ask for more than that - sometimes businesses are thrown unexpected things at them. You learn more about a company when things go wrong than when they go right. Yes it is on the pricey side, but I just did a speed test and got 152.49 Mbps down and 100.92 Mbps up. What else would you want and/or need?

We live in the county where there is not a lot of options for internet service. We started out with Sunflower Broadband and the service and speeds were terrible. We contacted Wicked Broadband and established service with them. Not only are the speeds great for county areas but the customer service is OUTSTANDING! We have not had many issues but when a problem occurs Daniel with Wicked has been absolutely fabulous to work with. He is quick to respond and is eager to resolve the problem. I highly recommend Wicked Broadband for internet service.

We have been without internet for 2 days now. It is the weekend plus New Years so we can’t get ahold of anyone to fix it because their hours are limited. We have service through the quail creek townhomes. When we have internet, it seems to work great.Edit:Once we got ahold of them, they were quick to solve the issue.

I started with dial up, have had Hughes Net, and switched to Wicked when they were Lawrence Freenet years ago. The few times I have had to contact for service they have been very responsive and provided excellent service with very little delay. It is very nice not to have a limited service and not be throttled down. I would definitely recommend them.

Wicked we have been with since they first came into the neighborhood. They have always been prompt for us when problems occur, and we like the fact that they are a local business.

I live in the country and my internet access has been very consistent. The team is very responsive. Any issue has been promptly addressed. Called about the rare outage and it was already being taken care of with an estimate of when it would be back up. I highly recommend Wicked Broadband.

We needed more bandwidth for Remote learning and Wicked cane through for us. Not only were they able to get us up and running within a day of calling, their customer support was quick to resolve any issues. I was sceptical of Gigabit wireless but it was awesome. Tests all showed we had gigabit up and down. Wickedly fast and with just a tiny little disk receiver on the building. Awesome service!

Horrible!!!!!! 2.5mbps download 700kbps upload. And they tell me there’s is nothing they can do to improve the speed. That’s if you can get a hold of somebody on their limited hours of operation, I swear there is only two people that “work” there. I would never recommend this company and honestly can’t believe they still exist considering the competitors prices, quality of service and better internet speeds. Not a customer? I’m in the Ranch Way Town homes you service. I’ve called multiple times. Stop passing the buck. Your internet sucks!!!!

The technicians are Professiona, prompt, and remember they are working with human beings, not just people they take money from, like the bigger companies.Before anyone says I am biased, let's face it I am. I managed Wicked for a year before I went back to working for myself.
