I was in this store and this store does not redeem free items through the reward program on the app. The manager was exceedingly rude to me and while I like the products, I will not be using this store again, even though I am sometimes near this store.

Bath & Body Works is a feel good store with quality products. The staff that work there are super friendly.

My teen daughter goes in a lot, this last time I went in with her. I expected them to treat her like she was just browsing, because ya know, teen most likely means no money. Nope, they couldn't have been more attentive and sweet with her. I guess the lady working has helped my daughter out multiple times before. Love this place!

I must be the cleanest person in three counties. I shop here much more than I will ever admit to admit to anyone. Soap, body wash, lotion... yep, I am squeaky clean. However, under the definition of Bait-and-Switch there should be a picture of this store. They have outstanding sales and they rely on volume. Lots and lots of volume. Again, I should know. I am at this store a lot. Did I say "volume"? lol. I have had to locate items myself on a few occasions. The other day they were having a Buy 3, Get 3 free. I bought three items but it came within a gift set they had thrown together in a cellophane wrapper and tied with a ribbon. The item was priced as if I purchased the three items separately. They refused, however, to allow me the BOGO. The store in Lawrence is small. It is difficult to get around sometimes because of the size. The aisles are not large and during their heavy shopping times, navigating this store is very difficult. They renovated a few years ago but, dang, they did not make this place any bigger. The service from the staff is inconsistent. I have had AMAZING service here and I have had non-existent service here. More than once I have entered the store and no one has said one word of greeting to me but they will greet the person that comes into the store next. Kinda hurts my feelings. I do not look like a sorority girl. I am not blonde, blue eyed and I don't carry a Michael Kors bag. I have noticed that those customers get more attention at times but, perhaps, it is my imagination. Other times, I am treated like the Belle of the Ball. For the most part, the customer service is great. They constantly change their product line, save for a few staples. This allows for new fragrances and items to pique your interest. The downside is that if you find a scent you love, be prepared to never find it again. I understand that from a marketing perspective but it does get frustrating. I have no problems with the products and use them everyday. The scented hand sanitizers are my favorite. The prices are good and you do get some great bargains here. Buy three and get three free? You cannot beat that price anywhere. The only thing I want from them is more consistent customer service. Otherwise, great place to get your girly on.

My daughter is a very frequent customer of this location. I just want to give a huge shout-out to "her girls" Jill & Mary thank you for always making Kelsie feel so welcome in your store, she would live there if she could I'm sure. I know when I've been in with her everyone recognizes her and they are all good with her usually she's there in weekends with her grandmother. I think we have to knock a wall down to make her room bigger for all her Bath and Body works collections.
