I tried calling the automotive department a couple times with no answer. When I arrived the front desk employee blurted out I can't help you today when I inquired about a battery. At least try to find a solution or ask if I can make an appointment....anything would have been better. Their staff needs to be trained on customer service.

Horrible service. Have had to wait 1.5 hours+ multiple times to pick up grocery pickup orders.

I wouldn't give you even one star But your rating system requires at least one. I'm done with your checkout policy. I went in Sunday morning. Completed my shopping and went to checkout and there was ONE checker. There were NINE carts ahead of me. Carts continued to line up till there were 19 in line. I spent more time waiting to checkout than I did shopping. You are trying to force customers to self-check. I resent that policy and will now shop at Checkers.

Put in an order. Was told it was ready. Drove to Walmart and checked in by phone with their staff. 45 minutes later they came to tell me they forgot to check a bunch of people in and there were now eight people in front of me! Un-freaking-believable! God forbid you serve the people that have been sitting there for 45 EFFING MINUTES before all the new people -- after YOU SCREWED UP!!!! Zero remorse when I called to cancel. No apology. Brainless idiots. Not a surprise, I guess. This is Walmart after all. If I wasn't broke as a joke I'd never spend a penny there.

Giving you guys one star is a stretch. Your employees are on a power trip. We all are dealing with Covid-19 but if you have a problem working with the public then DONT! Exchanges not being done is ridiculous absolutely ridiculous! Furthermore there's a way to communicate that without having an attitude problem.Quinton needs a reality check you keep talking to people like that and one day you are going to meet someone who isn't going to tolerate it. It's disorganized, with seriously some of the most rude people I have encountered. For an "employee to follow a customer outside talking trash because someone went out "the wrong door" PUT A SIGN UP second of all are you serious. He followed someone with their child out the door screaming and arguing then saying "he's lucky he's working or it would be a problem" it's ridiculous threatening patrons. Get some training on customer service for your employees and actually pay the good ones well!
