They used to be compassionate and knew my dad and myself by name and immediately greeted us. They actually took pride in there pharmacy and there connection with the community. They actually cared about there patients. They are rude judgmental and quite frankly hateful with no due cause. Sad that I will be looking for a new pharmacy due to the literal trauma your pharmacy staff has given me. Losing a customer that’s gone to this pharmacy there entire life (31) simply because your staff has zero empathy or desire to actually help there patients. They’d rather not be bothered. Truly sad. Disgusting really. Do better.

I love to go here just to quickly pick up one or two items.
It's fast and rarely a line. The cashier's are usually friendly and I also can use Walgreens to make deposits to my bank.

The staff at this location were AWESOME in helping me with a prescription issue with my daughter. She is a college student in Lawrence and we live in Missouri, so it was stressful trying to get the situation resolved from so far away. The staff that was there on the morning of 2/21 was phenomenal!!!!!! I spoke with Catherine and others. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

Tried to pick up insulin prescription, and only received one vial instead of the usual amount (Not nearly enough between refills). At the window, I asked why there was only one insulin vial. I was told that they did not have enough in stock and would notify me when they had more. Did not hear anything back until I called a week later... They told me that I actually needed a new prescription, which was never communicated to me. The lady on the phone said "we already go the ball rolling on this"... Clearly they did not since I am out of insulin and was never made aware of the situation. She told me that the guy at the window must have misspoke, and reiterated that she already got the ball rolling.... Very disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service. I am transferring all my prescriptions somewhere that is not Walgreens. Done putting up with all of Walgreens Misspeak.

This morning wile I was picking up a few things, one of the employees (He is the guy with medium length blond hair that is there most mornings) was yelling and cussing at the manager on duty. This went on for about 10 minutes until I said something. This is the second time I have been in this store where the same employee was very angry and cussing at the same manager. He also complained to me about his co-workers not doing there jobs and being lazy which is not something you should ever tell costumers. It made me very uncomfortable.

I usually have a great time here. But recently my past view visits have become disturbed by a worker named Sara. She’s rude, impatient, and frankly maybe slightly racist. I’ve had it up to here, you may have just lost a few customers because of Sara.

My go to Walgreens. All in all, everyone is amazing, however they need to get rid of Ana at the register. She's always snotty and cranky. If you don't want to deal with guests, don't accept a guest clerk job!!! Other than her, everyone is amazing!!

The worst customer service I have ever received in my life. The lady with the really short red hair who works the drive through pharmacy there is the worst customer service representative I've ever had an encounter with. She is always EXTREMELY passive aggressive & rude. Not only is she making every single trip to the pharmacy a dread but this last time I went she got my medication wrong & I didn't notice until I got home & by that time I had worked 12 hours & just wanted to sleep so next day after work I went back & I made sure she gave me the right medication this time but then realized she never gave me my credit card back. She doesn't apologize or seem sorry at all & in fact, I am almost positive she's doing it on purpose. I've had MULTIPLE instances with her & I now know it's not a coincidence. Not sure if anyone else has had a similar situation with her or if she's just singling me out but I have changed pharmacies. I have never wrote a negative review for a company before but after dealing with this for MONTHS I am done. It's the Walgreens on 23rd in Lawrence. Be weary dealing with her!!!

Cody (sadly the manager) verbally accosted me while I was looking at fingernail polish. I was testing colors on the PROVIDED testing paper Walgreens supplies. He came over yelled at me then stood over me while I was bent down trying to replace a bottle of polish back on the bottom shelf. Undressing me with his eyes and would not leave until I stood up and asked if he needed something and he said “I think you need a little something”.I called their corporate office and made a formal complaint.
