Staff is always super friendly. Drop offs inside always get scanned even when left at the drop off counter. Drop offs in the outside 'drive-thru' drop-off box seem to not be getting scanned lately. Normally not an issue, but it is worth noting if you send a lot of tracked packages they should always be taken inside even if they are shipped in very small boxes or bubble mailers.

The employees here have always been exceptionally friendly. Out of the three locations I've delivered mail out of town, they're the only ones who haven't lost a single package. I know human error happens, but these guys are on top of their game and always process the mail efficiently. The only post office in town that I'd trust with using the indoor drop box instead of waiting in line for an acceptance scan.

Employees inside are nice, but the people who deliver the mail constantly lose letters and packages. They somehow have managed to lose every drivers license that was supposed to be delivered.

Showed that my package was delivered and it was not, its been 3 days so this is simply horrible service. That is literally just straight up lying.

These guys are awesome. I don't talk to the staff often, but I drop off packages at this location daily, usually just using their drop box. One time, I dropped off a package on which I totally forgot to put a shipping label. They noticed it, wrote my address on it, and had it returned to me a couple days later. It's like they had my back, and I really appreciated it!

Horrible Service! I called to speak with a supervisor who informed me my package would be redelivered to my address as it was a mistake on their behalf. He places my package on the carriers desk to be returned and the same mistake occurs and he returns my package to sender. What is the purpose of being the supervisor if you're NOT following up with your staff to ensure they are fulfilling their job duties. Beyond irritated. And for the supervisor to admit to the wrong doing and chuckle in my face was totally disrespectful!

There's a cocksucker who works here named Dan or something who manages the post office. He thinks it's smart to tell the carriers to put other people's mail in my box. Jokes on you, sir, you work at a post office.

Very kind staff! I went to renew my passport and they offered to check over everything and make sure it was good to go since the person who saw me had experience in that area!

Courtesy goes a long way! I needed my mail delivered at my new residence but was in the wrong slot. Do you think that the mailman could just go ahead and pick it up and just have it continued the process? Of course not. That would be being kind and well doing your job. It’s pretty lame when you’d suppose to pick up the mail anyway. How hard is that?

If I could give this zero stars I would. You cannot call and speak to anyone at the post office. Just a terrible automated system that will not read what you're saying or typing correctly.
