The customer service was amazing! They called me twice with packages that arrived separately today that I needed once each arrived:) very friendly! You don’t get this type of friendly customer service a lot of places these days!

The staff are wonderful…always upbeat and funny, and willing to go above and beyond to sort out what ever project I bring them. It’s just pleasant to be in the store- kind of like a favorite coffee shop (without the coffee).

Excellent customer service! The team cheerfully assists with print, pdf, pack/ship needs, as well as special projects like business card design or large mailings. Additionally, they kindly hold parcels for in-store pickup when needed.

The guys working here are not doing you any favors. I go to the UPS store in Topeka usually and they are great. This guy made me go dig around for a grocery sack to put my return in and then charged me $1 for a price of tape to close it. Not cool

I have always had such a great experience here!!! My only complaint is that Carter guy hasn’t been working much recently, he was always soooo funny and helpful! But my favorite, of course, is John.

Had the pleasure of speaking to the "owner" Tyler. Tyler did not want to be there that day and you could tell. He was very rude. I went to another location and they were great! please do not waist your time with ppl like this. I highly recommend the other locations.
