Then one of the new parts unforeseeably turned out to be defective causing noise and rattles, so I called them, took it in & they fixed the problem with a new part with no charge for parts, labor nor excuses about me doing something to cause the problem, etc…..excuses that one could easily expect to get at almost any big brand name national chain auto repair shop….how refreshing & honest is doing business with ACE…..a first class shop with first class people for owners who stand behind their work!
