Roark & Associates have been doing my personal taxes for over 15 years. When my internet-based business (now my sole day job) started to take off they advised I set up a Kansas S-Corporation and guided me through all the steps necessary to get up and running and registered with the government, ultimately saving me a lot of money in the process. I couldn't be happier with the job they've done and the advice they've provided. I can send an email any day of the week and know I'll receive a prompt response if I have a question about anything related to my business or personal taxes. I receive reminders about things like quarterly filings and other tax matters that otherwise I'd be fairly clueless about. Trust me on this: I'm very good at running my small corporation and it's very successful, but I suck at doing taxes. Fortunately, R&A make me look like I really know what I'm doing when tax time rolls around. This is the way it should be. Of all of the service providers I've dealt with in Lawrence in 30 years of living here I'd have to rank R&A among the very highest. If you're looking for a top-notch company to handle your taxes I don't see how you could do any better.
