Megan was super helpful when we were in a pinch and needed to be approved and moved in with very little notice. We were moved in to a clean apartment with no problems!

Forgot my phone out by the trash dumpster will I was visiting a friend who is a resident and another resident found it at turned off in to the office. This happened in the middle of October, I got a call around the 1st week in March letting me know that they had my iPhone 11, and I could come and get it. Super nice place, office lady was the nicest, the pool looked amazing, pet friendly and the grounds were in tip top shake. I give it 5 stars. Cheers!

I’ve absolutely loved living here..one of the luxurious places in town. The rooms are spacious and the half bathroom is an added perk I didn’t expect. I don’t have a bad thing to say about my experience with the staff. Special shout out to my girl Megan at the leasing office ??.. Nora the manager is awesome and Scott maintenance mgt ??.
I don’t know how many apartments constantly giving out gifts but you get occasional gifts at the frontier ??. I wish I didn’t have to move out ! maybe I’ll be back when I get more money but I absolutely love this place ?

This is our second year living at The Frontier West and we love it! The apartments are very nice and pet friendly! We love using the pool and the gym!The management is also great! Nora and Megan always set up fun things for the residents to do. They do so much to make living here extra sweet!Maintenance is easy to get ahold of and issues are fixed in a timely manner.We highly recommend living here!

Living at The Frontier West Lawrence apartments for the last two years has been a delight! It checks off many things on my list that I feel a rental property needs to offer in order to make my living experience great! The management team goes above and beyond to create a community environment. There are several activities that you can get involved in...or not. The pool, gym, and club house are inviting, fun, and easy to use. The property is set in a residential area that is quiet and peaceful, with neighbors who are kind and considerate. The rent includes WiFi and cable so no need to find a carrier when you move here. In addition, the maintenance crew are quick to address any issues without being intrusive. As someone who transitioned from being a home-owner for 30+ years to apartment living, I feel blessed that we chose this place. It feels like home!

I’ve lived here for almost a year now and I’d recommend it actually. They are fast at responding to anything really. I like that they give a good amount of time of notice for stuff like maintenance checks or fire extinguishers too. And it’s a good neighborhood for pets! I love walking my dog around the neighborhood it’s very peaceful and people are nice.

The frontier’s units are clean, well maintained, and spacious. Common area are additionally well kept and the leasing managers do well engaging the community. The buildings are quiet, calm, and friendly.
