It has a lot of high-quality and useful goods for myself, my partner, and our family members. The service is always great, the staff are always helpful. That said, the Super Target in Lawrence does not have a complete selection (not a lot of furniture or household goods, and the supermarket/grocery selection has shrunk considerably compared to other branches I've been), and we can't seem to get our subscriptions/cash backs/discounts sorted in this store all the time.

Bought an item in store price matched to Amazon, went back same day to purchase another and was denied by a very rude employee at Guest Services. She made the personal decision to not honor Targets “Price Match Guarantee”. Called two other Targets to verify and both told me they would price match my item specifically. Not sure why she chose to not honor a “Guarantee”. Drove to Topeka and they gladly helped me.

Love the quality. Better than Walmart. The slightly higher price is worth it because the quality is so much higher. Smaller selection makes for a more relaxing and faster shopping experience. The employees are kind and hard working.

Very disappointed with fulfillment team and the way you guys complete your order it shouldn’t take up to 2 hours to complete two things on order, if that’s the case, you need to do a better job at managing your team to complete orders in efficient way.

I was on a tight time frame and not dressed to be seeing people. Being able to order online, and have them bring it to the car was a lifesaver. No sooner than I told the app I was there, this nice man was walking my order out to me! I pulled away in less than 3 minutes! Highly recommended!The easiest return ever! Everything was on my Target App. I returned my online order to the store and was done in no time at all! ?

Management and staff are lazy and none of them care about the customer. It's hit or miss. I was waiting forever before I got help and then they were rude about it. Managers act like they care but they don't. They just want to get done with you. Do not recommend.

I love going to target every one is always helpful just recently found out they have groceries as well so I do some of my grocery shopping at target now also love how clean they keep the store great place to do your everyday shopping

Very clean, organized and similar to all other target stores that I have visited. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall pretty good store, would ship here again.

This target is so tired. The service is as well. They are so rude and outdated. The red headed cart guy yelled “stop!” At me so nastily just bc I didn’t know what I was doing. Everytime I need something, it’s not super easy to find bc I feel like this target has a small selection. There’s a cashier who always gives me a side eye when I’m here and makes me feel so unwelcomed. It’s hard to come here but it sucks because it’s the only target nearby.

love the drive up crew ! honestly the best part about this target. As for the bad, i get the use of secret shoppers but yikes is it so much of a secret when they single me out and follow me around ?? the fat brunette guy needs to patrol everyone, not just me. i wonder why he only followed me…… jk i already know why ! drive up rules i’d suggest that to everyone

Lawrence, Kansas Target has the best associates. Everyone I have encountered is always friendly. They have treated me as an old friend, not just a customer.

Target has the best drive-up service in my area comparing to Walmart, Dillon's, Sprouts, etc. They prepare the order within 2 hours for free after $35. There isn't any monthly fee. Ordering app is user-friendly. Stuff is friendly and fast. They also added a Starbucks order option. When you sign “I'm heading to pick up”, they ask you whether you want a Starbucks order or not. I am not a Starbucks fan, but it is sometimes good to have that option. You may need it on a busy day.
