the reason for the one star review is simple. I wanted to get an estimate for my car so I went the website to check if I can schedule an appointment. The soonest opening was 2pm, I was already close to the location so I decided that I would drive there and go in person and ask if there was any earlier availability. The guy who helped told me that the earliest that I can come in would be next week, so I said fine and scheduled the appointment. Whether the website was not up to date, or the guy that helped me lied to me, I don't not care. I will also add on the fact that I called the same day, only an hour or so after I scheduled the appointment, and spoke to the same guy that scheduled my appointment and informed him that I wanted to cancel the appointment. He told me sure and thanked me for calling him and letting him know. Apparently he didn't bother to actually cancel the appointment ........... shame

I was referred this location by my insurance due to their high rating.They didn't disappoint. My car came back looking as though nothing ever happened. It was clean and running great! Absolutely recommend this company! Nice people! Great service!
