Keleb was wonderful. I have great anxiety going to phone stores. Kaleb was so kind and helpful, I felt right at ease. He was able to effectively assist multiple people at once and created a very pleasant atmosphere. I’m happy to say I had a great experience at the phone store today

WARNING! T-MOBILE SCAMMERS AND THIEVES! What the hell???? Why are we damn employees of a damn company lying to me? I turned in my equipment for a trial period and now I'm getting bills from debt collectors! What the fuck? The company are crooks. Very great scammers! I don't advise anyone to use this service! They do everything just to sell and fulfill their plan. But they can never help you in ordinary questions..... They did not close my contract, they did not indicate that I returned all the equipment and now I have a debt on me that was transferred to a collection agency. They made my life a living hell. I had to call and text them every fucking day to get them to fix my problem. But as it turned out, they just told me they would help me but did nothing!!!! Are you serious? This is your fault and your mistake!!! Get ready for a lawsuit!

So I had lost my phone after someone or some magical being took my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I have to have a phone for medical reasons so even though I had a lost/theft coverage plan I really could not wait days for a phone. SAM and VASHAUN were beyond helpful on one of the worst days I’ve had to date. If you’re looking for a store to go to I would go to this one and ask for these two. They are worth the extra drive and will politely help you with whatever is going on. I really hope they see this along with their boss I appreciate you two a lot thank you.

Kaleb was excellent, helped guide my mom through unlocking her account and finding some helpful information. My mom is anxious about anything phone related, but Kaleb was patient and quick to answer or questions and getting what we needed.

Had no issues for several months. Lately both my phone service and home service will just shut off. I can’t send texts, calls or do anything on the internet for my phone. While none at myHome can use the internet. It’s done this about 30 times. Now it’s starting to do it everyday. Support doesn’t do anything and I can’t even contact them half the time due to no service. I’ll be changing phone and home internet providers next month and suggest everyone to steer clear of T-Mobile.After going to the T-Mobile store they said a tower was down and gonna be down for 24-72 hours. But it was a everyday thing. For the past 8 days both home and phone service have stoped working for a few hours. When asked I told an employee about how I’ll be on hold for 30 minutes just to get to a rep where I’ll have to explain everything again and he responds with “that’s how T-Mobile rolls” so I guess I’m done with T-Mobile if that’s how they roll. When I asked him about how I can’t do my job because I have no internet he didn’t care and just shrugged his shoulder.So glad I switched phone providers. Big surprise but their network is out once again for the 11th day.

I usually dread going to the phone store but the employees at this location are so pleasant. Sam was very helpful, kind and took the time to find a plan/phone that fit my needs. Overall, great experience!

Totally mislead me about what my monthly charges would be when I added new phones/lines. $50 a month difference! Staff and management not informed about their plans and promotions.

I would like to thank this T-Mobile store in particular for helping me save money on my phone bill by switching to AT&T. I was with T-mobile for two years and little did I know that means a 2 hour wait time in the store! I arrived on Saturday around 12:30-1pm to find a line of 6 customers ahead of me (two of them already being helped). Long story short, one guy left… went to a funeral… came back.. and still had his place in line as it had not moved. I waited a total of over 40 minutes before an employee acknowledged that I was int he store and needed assistance. Roughly an hour later he finally wrapped up with the guy he was working with when I walked in and assisted one other in the mean time. Two other customers have left by this point… they gave up, like I should have. Anyway… after 1 hour and 40 minutes of waiting I finally made it to the counter. My whole reason for going was to upgrade from a iPhone 12 Pro Max to a 14 Pro Max. They let me pay off my old phone no problem! Then… after an hour of attempting to do the new phone and accessory transaction (multiple… over 10 failed attempts)… and removing my screen protector…. I was told to come back and try again tomorrow. Long story shorter… I went to AT&T got a better deal on my trade in… got a lower monthly phone bill… and was in and out (with no appointment) in under 20 minutes.. Thanks T-Mobile!!! I’ll never be a customer again. XOXOXO
