The store at 3200 Iowa Suite 300. The worst service I have ever had from T-Mobile and I am a 28-year T-Mobile customer. I walked in the store to ask questions about possibly buying a new watch and possibly internet. I was told don't buy the Samsung S4 it's terrible. I asked what the difference was between the Samsung watches and was told I don't really know I don't know anything about Samsung I think the S6 is just better. When asking about the internet and service they said we don't know whether it'll work or not at your house but you can take it and try it.If you want help go to the store on 6th and bauer Farms. The manager is amazing knowledgeable and very helpful I will never go back to the other store

Walked in there to get an upgrade for my phone. There was like 10 employees just standing there a couple on their phone. Tried to explain to the guy what we wanted he kept just throwing numbers with no explanation asking questions as if he didn’t have all my info up. Nobody seemed to chime in or assist. I ended up telling him I was going to AT&T. Which I’m glad I did they were super professional and helpful and cheaper!! They just lost a 10yr cust!

I went to the T mobail store at 3211 S Iowa St Lawrence, KS 66046 to get a home internet connection. The store staff tried to do it for a long time and gave me a contract where they made a mistake in my name, apparently to "just sell and fulfill their plan" and they didn't even help me set up my internet. For 2 weeks I could not get into my personal account, call center employees could not help me. NONE of the T Mobile employees could not help me for two weeks!!!! I decided to close my contract during the trial period not to deal with this "dirty company" that could not do anything for me. Went to the office at 4801 Bauer Farm Dr Unit H , Lawrence, KS 66049 to close my contract. The employee took my equipment and said he closed my contract and said I would be refunded the activation fee (which is $35 not including tax). A month later I find out that my contract is not closed and I even got a bill for another $33. This pathetic dirty company steals my money over and over again. I will not let this go and I will make sure you give me my money back!

Came in because my Verizon bill was ABSURD and wanted to compare prices. Shelby helped me port over me and my family in no time and saved me about $140 over Verizon.

I drove from Kansas City and while in town we decided to visit the store. Quincy was super helpful with getting me and my family setup with new iPhones. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. He made sure we were comfortable and explained everything perfectly. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Manager preferred to take personal calls on his cell phone and play on his phone instead of helping us with upgrading our phones. Quincy, thanks for your lack of help. Sorry your customers aren't important to you. No sales or customer service skills at all. Found a good deal at Verizon, had 100% of their sales person's attention. Bye-bye T-Mobile.

Thanks for your assistance today... though the on-site team couldn't help me.. a technicalllity of the biz, they were able to get me access to a t-mo # that got me directly where I needed to be to "meet my needs". Also had the opportunity to heat and see a T-mo member try to his best ability to help a woman whom he just couldn't help and no other phone provider would do to the circumstances and he handled her with grace and kindness and humor as she walked out the door with an attitude. I've had nothing but great service and a genuine want to help when I've needed to drop in a store for help.

Surprised to discover that our phones got turned off and even more surprised that we suddenly owed almost $1000 to them. We payed our bill last month and its never been over $500. It's the usual go to the store and they tell you to call costumer service and costumer service demands every 10 minutes that we pay them no question ask and no reason why.For the store itself it's like all phone stores where only 1 or 2 people work and when it gets busy you either have to stand around or leave because there's no where to sit while you wait. I can tell you from experience that with a foot injury you either have to stand on it or sit on the floor. The one good thing is that the workers are nice and for many problems they are extremely helpful. Other problems though you go in and they just tell you to call costumer service. There's good and bad but this store has always been the one we prefer going too.

The team here has been very helpful. Quincy, the manager, was very nice and educative on the questions I had with the products I had interest in. This is one of the better stores to go to as a T-Mobile customer.
