I had two interactions with Space Place over the course of one week.The first was an inquiry about a storage space. I was promised a call-back in a few hours, but I never received that call.The second was when I contacted them about returning a UHaul truck, because UHaul still had them listed as a drop off point, and that was where my contact said I was to drop it off. When I called them, she was very rude to me, snapping at me that they hadn't accepted UHauls since COVID began. Her frustration should have been directed at UHaul, not at an individual who rented a vehicle in good faith. She refused to give me any help or advice in determining where the truck should go instead. She just continued to be rude through the entire call.Space Place is rude and does not have a customer service mindset. No call backs even when promised, and extreme rudeness dealing with callers.I wouldn't recommend them for any reason.

Fantastic facility. Secure, well maintained, easy to access, and well lit. And they have climate controlled units! The location is very easy to get in and out of, even with a moving truck. Management is extremely friendly and easy to work with. They answered all our questions, helped us find a creative solution when we had more stuff than we expected, respond very quickly to email, and worked with us on ending our lease when we were done without any issue. Plus the dog in the office is adorable. Highly recommend!

I can highly recommend Space Place. We rented an interior unit. The hall was clean and well-lit. Overall, this storage facility is safe and well-maintained, with a pleasant staff.
